Lo'ak te Suli Tsyeyk'itan is the fourteen-year-old son of Jake Sully and Neytiri. His older brother is Neteyam and his younger sister is Tuktirey. He also has an adoptive sister named Kiri.
Kiri's backstory is a little more complicated, as she was gestated in Dr. Grace's avatar. However, it can be surmised that Kiri is around the same age as Lo'ak, making her either 13 or 14 years old. Tuktirey, or Tuk for short, is much harder to guess as there are really no clues given.
Like his father, the teenage Lo'ak starts out as the reckless misfit who steps into a brave role for his family. Lo'ak is old enough in Pandora to be a warrior and seems to be about 13 or 14 years old in Avatar: The Way of the Water given the time gap between Avatar and its sequel.

Rotxo is commonly confused to be one of the boys who bullied Kiri and later pranked Lo'ak due to the bully having a very similar hairstyle. The caption in this scene even has his name in the line [ROTXO:“I don't know”] in response to Aonung asking what she's doing.

So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
Tuktirey te Suli Neytiri'ite is the youngest of Jake and Neytiri's children, and the most precocious. She is wide-eyed to the wonders of Pandora, while also raised to brave its challenges. When at play, “Tuk” is open to friendship with anybody – from the human loyalists at High Camp to the Metkayina at the reef.
In Avatar 2, Tuk is the youngest of the Sully children. The biological daughter of Jake and Neytiri, she is merely eight years old. Since Tuk is only a child, everyone in the family is extremely protective of her.
Grace was fascinated with how the Na'vi were connected to each other, Pandora, and Eywa. Now, Kiri, who is intrinsically connected to Grace, has a much deeper connection to the Na'vi deity than anyone else. Kiri can hear Eywa in a way no other Na'vi has been able to, not even the spiritual leaders.
Kiri is the inquisitive and intelligent adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri. Not long after Grace Augustine's death, her dormant avatar was discovered to be pregnant, and Jake and Neytiri adopted the child when she was born.
Toward Avatar's ending, Jake realizes that the creature has its own culture and individuality, which he must respect by setting it free until fate brings them together again. Since Jake Sully did not need the Toruk in Avatar 2, the mythical being did not return for the sequel.
James Cameron has confirmed that there will be a third Avatar movie. He shot scenes for Avatar 3 during the filming of Avatar: The Way of Water, and has since completed filming of the franchise's third installment.
Augustine's colleague Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) was the father and Grace conceived Kiri before the end of Avatar before somehow giving birth in her Avatar body. However, the more interesting theory is that Kiri is literally the child of Eywa due to some sort of immaculate conception.
Unless that theory is true, Grace was impregnated by someone. Kiri's brothers joke that the scientist Norm could be her father. The movie does not reveal much information about the birth of Kiri. It is unclear whether Kiri was conceived before Grace died and her avatar carried her to term.
One of the visual effects team's biggest hurdles was how to transform 73-year-old Sigourney Weaver into Kiri, the adopted teenage daughter of Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri.
Lifespan. Although lifespan data is incomplete, it is estimated Na'vi live 30% longer than the average human. Once born, Na'vi children mature more rapidly than humans.
Spider will be 18 years old, Lo'ak, and Kiri will be sixteen years old, and Tuktirey will be nine years old since this movie will take place in two years after Avatar: The Way Of Water (2022) in timeline.
