A deleted scene from the end of Avatar (2009) revealed that Neytiri was pregnant, so Neteyam was born shortly after the events of the original movie. In accordance with the sequel's timeline, Jake and Neytiri's son Neteyam is nearly 15 years old in Avatar: The Way of Water.
Neteyam te Suli Tsyeyk'itan was Jake Sully and Neytiri's eldest son at 15-years-old. He is the eldest brother of Lo'ak, Tuktirey and Kiri. As the eldest brother, Neteyam was expected to watch out for his younger siblings and their antics.
Neteyam is the eldest child of Jake and Sully, and grew up with Spider. So, if Na'vi gestates for a similar period to humans, Neteyam is around fourteen years old. Lo'ak is the younger brother of Neteyam, but the two seem to be approximately the same age.
The easiest age comes from Spider, who was very young in Avatar. It can be deduced that Spider is around 15 years old during the events of Avatar 2. Neteyam is the Avatar Jake and Neytiri characters' eldest son, meaning he's probably around fourteen years old.
The first reason why Neteyam has four fingers while his siblings all have five fingers might be simple genetics. Since an avatar is a hybrid of Na'vi and human DNA, it's easy to imagine the genes that control the number of digits in the body competing with each other.

Neteyam was shot and killed by Quaritch as he and his family were trying to escape at the end of Avatar: The Way of Water. Neteyam died in his parents' arms to the horror of Lo'ak, who convinced him to try and save Spider.
Augustine's colleague Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) was the father and Grace conceived Kiri before the end of Avatar before somehow giving birth in her Avatar body. However, the more interesting theory is that Kiri is literally the child of Eywa due to some sort of immaculate conception.
Lo'ak is old enough in Pandora to be a warrior and seems to be about 13 or 14 years old in Avatar: The Way of the Water given the time gap between Avatar and its sequel. It also appears that Neteyam and Lo'ak are close in age, so being a young 14-year-old would make sense.
In Cameron's script she's introduced with the descriptor "in human age she would be 18," but that raises as many questions as it answers. As with the math that leads to Jake being 28, Neytiri's birth in the Earth calendar year 2136 and the film's setting in 2154 add up to make her 18, but that's by Earth standards.
Kiri is the inquisitive and intelligent adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri. Not long after Grace Augustine's death, her dormant avatar was discovered to be pregnant, and Jake and Neytiri adopted the child when she was born.
Spider's Mother Is Paz Socorro (Revealed In Avatar Comics)
It has been confirmed through Avatar comics that Spider's mother is Paz Socorro. While Avatar: The Way of Water takes place a decade after the first movie, James Cameron's original sequel script did not have as big of a time jump.

The sequel introduced us to the extended Sully family, but they'll be missing a member in the third movie, as Neteyam (Jamie Flatters) was shot and killed during The Way of Water's dramatic climax.

That means that she's perfectly between the two brothers, so in the scenes where Kiri and Lo'ak are arguing, they're going to look close in age because they're less than a year apart.
Although lifespan data is incomplete, it is estimated Na'vi live 30% longer than the average human. Once born, Na'vi children mature more rapidly than humans, reaching mental, physical, and cultural adulthood between the ages of 15 - 17 Terran years.
Lo'ak te Suli Tsyeyk'itan is the fourteen-year-old son of Jake Sully and Neytiri, the younger brother of Neteyam, the older brother of his only biological youngest sister, Tuktirey, and the younger adoptive brother of Kiri.
He tries to understand her thoughts and feelings and shows affection by calling her "baby girl". When Kiri falls into a coma, Jake calls Norm and Max to come all the way to the oceans to help her.
From the begging it was obvious that Lo'ak expressed puppy love for Tsireya and later when she was with him at sunset, re-enforced her feelings for him when she told him she saw him.
The eldest child of Neytiri and Jake Sully, Neteyam te Suli Tsyeyk'itan is a natural athlete. Noble like his father, he is favored by the clan for his strong and confident demeanor. He cares greatly for his siblings, often being asked to look after them while his parents are gone.
It could be an immaculate conception. There's a theory that the film director James Cameron could be hiding a vital feature of the Na'vi. According to that theory, Na'vi could reproduce asexually. Unless that theory is true, Grace was impregnated by someone.
The seizure is believed to have been caused by frontal lobe epilepsy which could also cause the other symptoms Kiri has been having, including visions and the belief that she's hearing Eywa. However, the Metkayina clan believe it's down to something more spiritual and is a result of Kiri's connection to Eywa.
The Soul Tree is the heart of Eywa, the goddess that guides all of Pandora. Avatar: The Way of Water illustrates that Kiri has a special connection to Eywa, which means she can wield powers and feel her more deeply than other Na'vi.
