The notorious Good Guy doll Chucky again finds his way to Andy, but this time has a new target: 8-year-old cadet Tyler (Jeremy Sylvers). Child's Play 3 was disliked by critics and fans alike, resulting in a poor 23% rating (via Rotten Tomatoes) and making it the poorest rated film of the franchise.
Andy, now 16 years old, is at military school when evil Chucky finds him again. But this time, the homicidal doll preys on one of Andy's younger companions!
It is the third installment in the Child's Play franchise. The film is written by Don Mancini, and directed by Jack Bender, with Brad Dourif returning as the voice of Chucky. Although released only nine months later, the story takes place eight years in 1998, following the events of 1990's Child's Play 2.
After Mancini decided to make Andy Barclay 16 years old, he considered recasting the role with Jonathan Brandis before hiring Justin Whalin. Before Jack Bender became director, Mancini wanted to hire Peter Jackson. Principal photography began on February 4, 1991, at the Kemper Military School in Boonville, Missouri.
Andy Barclay is portrayed by actor Alex Vincent in the original Child's Play film, Child's Play 2, Curse of Chucky, Cult of Chucky and in the Chucky television series. Justin Whalin played Andy in Child's Play 3, while Gabriel Bateman played Andy in the 2019 reboot of Child's Play.

This sequel picks up two years after the original in which young Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent) was tormented by Chucky, the killer-possessed doll trying to transfer his soul into the child's body. With his mother traumatized, Andy is sent to live with a foster family.
He first appeared as Andy Barclay in Child's Play (1988) when he was a six-year-old. Two years, later during the filming of Child's Play 2 (1990), the young actor endured long days and demanding action that would have tried the patience of many an older person.

Once inside, Kristen attempts to shoot Chucky, but is instead shot in the leg by the doll. After Andy applies a tourniquet to her leg, Kristen gives him her gun to kill Chucky. Andy leaves her behind, and finally manages to defeat Chucky. Afterwards, the medics arrive and treat Kristen her gunshot wound.
The Child's Play franchise is known for its brutal, high kill counts. Racking up the kills together from all seven movies, Chucky has killed a total of 67 people.
As a human, Tiffany made her debut as a young woman in her early 30's. She is usually seen wearing black lingerié and other gothic attire such as almost always wearing black tops that reveals both her tattoo and cleavage. As a doll, Tiffany's soul inhabits a bridal doll she gave Chucky to mock him.
The writers decided not only to include a nude woman, but also doll nudity (Tiffany reveals herself to Chucky). Also, Jennifer Tilly wears a cleavage-revealing outfit the entire movie. Not only would I not recommend this movie for children or families, I would not recommend this film to anyone who is a movie fanatic.
Unfortunately, as is so often the case, that Good Guy doll has been possessed by the spirit of a serial killer, the notorious Charles Lee Ray. After gruesomely murdering several people in Andy's life, Chucky attempts to transfer his soul into Andy so that he can be a real boy.
In the next film, Alice learns she has been put under the guardianship of Chucky's girlfriend, Tiffany Valentine, who tells Nica that Alice died. Later in the film, it is revealed that Chucky was able to possess Alice but she "died" after one of Chucky's intended victims fought back.
Six years after the events of Seed of Chucky, Tiffany's soul still possesses actress Jennifer Tilly's body. She does not appear on-screen until it is revealed that she was the one responsible for mailing Chucky out to Nica's home, facilitating his murder spree on the family he blames for his human death.
The film is set six years after Bride of Chucky and follows a young doll named Glen, the son of Chucky and Tiffany, resurrecting his parents, causing chaos.
Andrew William "Andy" Barclay is the main surviving protagonist in the Child's Play series, specifically the original trilogy, where he was Chucky's main target to take over his soul.
Kyle follows Chucky and Andy to the factory, where Chucky knocks Andy unconscious and attempts the ritual to transfer his soul into Andy. However, Chucky is able to finish the chant until suddenly, his nose starts to bleed.
After she gets separated from Andy, one of the Chucky dolls tricks Kyle into triggering a bomb set by Tiffany, presumably killing her. It is revealed in episode four of season two, Death on Denial, that she survived the explosion. She helps Nica Pierce escape from Tiffany with the help of Glen and Glenda.
