Superhuman Speed-Cole is able to move at superhuman speeds. He can run up to 60MPH and during combat, he can move at Hypersonic speeds. He can react and fight at Massively Hypersonic+ speeds(Mach 1000-8810), able to easily dodge lasers and instant speed attacks and react to his own, natural lightning.
In terms of power and skill, Cole had Delsin outmatched. Throughout his career, Cole's fought Conduits who are several times stronger than himself, such as Alden Tate, a powerful telekenetic who created a monster created from the surrounding metal from the destroyed bridge they were on.
Potentially one of the most powerful abilities in the inFamous universe, Power Absorption is unique in that it grants a Conduit the ability to absorb and use different powers and elements, independently from one another.
Cole MacGrath is the protagonist, anti-hero/anti-villain of inFamous, inFamous 2, and inFamous: Festival of Blood. However, because of the Karma system that is entirely based on what choices you make in the games (with the exception of Festival of Blood), Cole can be recognized as a Hero or Villain.
Other powers include: Superhuman Strength- Cole is superhumanly stronger than a normal human. He is able to lift up to 100 tons with little effort. He can pick up and throw a fully grown human across a room with great speed and force.
Superhuman Strength-Cole possesses superhuman strength. Able to easily lift up to 52 metric tons. His punches are on a Class PJ and he can regularly bench press giant monsters as heavy as tanks.
Cole has a muscular body (hence his past as a rock climber, being the strongest of the ninja even without his Elemental Power, though it does give him his super-strength) with the basic yellow flesh of a LEGO character.
Cole MacGrath, the protagonist of the Infamous series, possesses a range of electrical-based powers. These include electrokinesis, allowing him to generate and control electricity.
Though Cole eventually rids himself of his demonic nature and marries Phoebe in season four, he later returns to evil after he unwillingly becomes the new Source of All Evil. This causes the sisters to kill him towards the end of season four.
Conduit Physiology: After Cole survive Ray Sphere explosion his Conduit gene was activate and that gave him superhuman powers. His signature power is his electrokinesis the ability to use electricity. Superhuman Physiology: As a Conduit, Cole gains superhuman strength.
If you've done both I would stick to hero. It's a lot easier to subdue enemies from afar with the slow down time and leg subdue combo. You'll be thinning out their numbers from distance as you can't take that much of a hit. Plus the instant headshot subdue helps as well.
Delsin Rowe has the potential to become the most powerful Conduit in existence, given that he has the ability to absorb the powers of other Conduits. This makes hima significant threat to the DUP.
Belthazor was hired by the Triad to kill the Charmed Ones. However, during this time his human half, Cole, fell in love with Phoebe Halliwell and caused him to betray the Triad and seemingly kill them. He eventually turned good and began a relationship with Phoebe.
Eventually, his human half falls deeply in love with Phoebe. His growing love for Phoebe soon overwhelms his demonic nature. Demons can't handle human emotions. Eventually, he stands up for the sisters and protects them, even though they do not know that Cole and Belthazor are the same person.
During this now-canonical ending, Cole defeats a powerful, destruction-crazed Conduit known as the Beast and then sets off a genetic bomb called the Ray Field Inhibitor (RFI), which not only kills Cole but destroys all the Conduit genes around the world, thereby ridding the world of the Conduit “plague.”
Yang tells Cole he wanted to be immortal so he wouldn't be forgotten, but Cole assures Yang he'll be remembered as the creator of Airjitzu. Cole crosses through the rift and becomes a human once more, but the rift almost closes the moment he crosses through it, giving him a ghostly green scar on his face.
Cole's appearance in Infamous 2 doesn't deviate much from his design in the first Infamous; he still retains his chiseled face and bald head, but his clothing has changed so that he can adapt to the humid weather of the New Orleans-inspired city.
Cole dies in the good ending. We see his body loaded into a coffin and Zeke takes it out to sea. But as the boat drifts off into the horizon and the screen starts to black out a bolt of lightning seemingly and ominously strikes the boat.
Weaknesses: Can use water to electrify enemies but is also vulnerable to water that might drown him, can possibly negate this weakness with Cryokinesis and Pyrokinesis.
As they try to escape before sunrise, Cole drops the scroll and quickly goes back to retrieve it. Unfortunately, he fails to get out in time, and the curse of the temple turns him into a ghost.
In "Day of the Departed," Cole gained a green scar when he transformed back into a human via the Rift of Return. As of Season 8, the scar is orange and appears only when Cole uses his Earth Punch. Cole is the first Master of Earth to have this ability.
