After Jake makes the nearly six-year journey to Pandora, he's brought to the human settlement of Hell's Gate and, using a neuro-link, finds himself in a nine-foot tall, blue, cat-like Avatar body.
Appearance. In Avatar, the Na'vi are an indigenous species that live on Pandora. They are humanoid in appearance and are 9 to 10 feet (2.7 to 3.0 m) tall, having pairs of eyes, ears, arms, legs and feet like humans, as well as a nose, a mouth, and expressions recognizable to humans.
The fully grown avatar is much closer in appearance to the long-limbed Na'vi than to a human. Typical adult size ranges from nine to ten feet (2.75 to 3.0m) tall with blue skin, bioluminescent markings and large eyes with golden irises.
James Cameron's Avatar script actually has Jake Sully aged 22 when he's first introduced, not 28. However, that's when he's back on Earth, getting into a bar fight that constitutes Avatar's most important deleted scene.
The indigenous Na'vi are, on average, three to four meters (9.10 feet) tall or (12 feet) tall since some are twice our own height, they have a smooth cyan-colored skin, large amber eyes, and long, sweeping tails.
She was the first of the Na'vi tasked with familiarizing Jake with their ways. As time went on, their connection grew and they bonded with each other. James Cameron detailed in the script that "in human age she would be 18." That would make Neytiri 33 years old in Avatar: The Way of Water.
Kiri is a young Na-vi around fourteen years of age. Since she was conceived through an avatar body (a genetically engineered human/Na'vi-hybrid body, designed to serve as a remotely controlled vessel for a human mind) she was born with human-like traits, such as eyebrows and five fingers instead of four.
The size of Na'vi varies by region and genetic history. The average male stands (2m70-3 meters) (9-10 feet) tall, females slightly smaller, and the maximum observed size is 3.9 meters (~12 feet, 10 inches).

James Cameron recently spoke with Empire for their January 2023 issue and was asked why he decided to make the Na'vi blue in Avatar. It turns out that there's not any grand reasoning behind the choice, it was simply the only colour he felt wasn't taken by other cinematic characters.
A deleted scene from the end of Avatar (2009) revealed that Neytiri was pregnant, so Neteyam was born shortly after the events of the original movie. In accordance with the sequel's timeline, Jake and Neytiri's son Neteyam is nearly 15 years old in Avatar: The Way of Water.
With the exceptions of Jake, Norm and a select few others, all humans are expelled from Pandora and are sent back to Earth. Jake is permanently transferred into his avatar with the aid of the Tree of Souls.
While it correctly lists his height at 8'2", it incorrectly lists this height as 262cm instead of 249cm which would be Neytiri's height. However, he is noticeably shorter than his mother in the family photo.
Lo'ak and Kiri are 14 years old in Avatar: The Way of Water, while Tuk is only eight. So, it sounds as if the fourth movie will open with Lo'ak, Tuk, and Kiri at the same ages they are in the third installment, and then they will age six years following the time jump.
Neteyam is the eldest child of Jake and Sully, and grew up with Spider. So, if Na'vi gestates for a similar period to humans, Neteyam is around fourteen years old. Lo'ak is the younger brother of Neteyam, but the two seem to be approximately the same age.
Lo'ak is the fourteen-year-old son of Jake Sully and Neytiri, and one of the main protagonist of “Avatar: The Way of Water”. His rebellious spirit is portrayed by his outfits, garments and hair.
The most obvious distinction between an avatar and a genuine Na'vi is the number of fingers and toes. A Na'vi only has four digits, while the avatar body has five due to the human DNA. At the end of Avatar, Jake decides to transfer his consciousness to his avatar body permanently.
Depending on what country you are in, you're pretty much average. The average height for a 13 year old girl is somewhere between 5′1″ and 5′3″ depending on who you ask. 'Normal' height will be within a couple of inches either side of that. Don't worry about your height.
Some people might even be considered tall if they are 5'6” at 13. If you live in a taller area where the average height is 6'0”+, then you are pretty average. You are only 13 years old so you still have a lot of growth left.
According to the CDC though, the average 13-year-old is 156cm, or around 5'1”. At around 5'5”, you are above the average height, and in the 80–90th percentile for height.
