Jake and Neytiri's youngest child and only biological daughter Tuktirey, better known as “Tuk,” is around eight years old in Avatar 2. Portrayed by Turning Red's Trinity Jo-Li Bliss, Tuk has a close relationship with her adoptive older sister Kiri in Avatar 2.
In the movie "Avatar" released in 2009, the Na'vi are depicted as being significantly taller than humans. While it correctly lists his height at 8'2", it incorrectly lists this height as 262cm instead of 249cm which would be Neytiri's height. However, he is noticeably shorter than his mother in the family photo.
Unless that theory is true, Grace was impregnated by someone. Kiri's brothers joke that the scientist Norm could be her father. The movie does not reveal much information about the birth of Kiri. It is unclear whether Kiri was conceived before Grace died and her avatar carried her to term.

In Cameron's script she's introduced with the descriptor "in human age she would be 18," but that raises as many questions as it answers. As with the math that leads to Jake being 28, Neytiri's birth in the Earth calendar year 2136 and the film's setting in 2154 add up to make her 18, but that's by Earth standards.

For one, even if Neytiri is 18 in human years, she's the Na'vi equivalent of a human in their early-to-mid-twenties. This is proven in three different ways: James Cameron has stated that Jake's avatar body is around 17 human years old.
The Pandora native was part of a tease at the end of Avatar, where the scene showed that Neytiri is pregnant with Jake's child. That scene was later deleted. Neteyam was born shortly after the events of the first film, which makes him somewhere around 15 years old in Avatar 2.
