A member of the house of Black, one of the oldest wizarding families, Bellatrix was also Draco Malfoy's aunt. Renowned for her cruelty and sadistic nature, many of the acts of torture and violence against Voldemort's enemies were carried out by Bellatrix Lestrange.
Delphini was born in secret at Malfoy Manor in early March 1998 as the result of a liaison between Bellatrix Lestrange and Lord Voldemort. On 2 May 1998, both of her biological parents were killed in the Battle of Hogwarts.

As Bellatrix and Voldemort were both killed in the Battle and Bellatrix's husband Rodolphus was imprisoned at Azkaban, Delphi was raised by Euphemia Rowle, a Death Eater. However, the life at Euphemia's was miserable for Delphi as Rowle did not really care for her and only took her in because she was paid for it.
The result of the duel actually comes about as a result of nothing more than spectacular accuracy on Weasley's part. She casts a powerful, unnamed curse at Lestrange and manages to hit her directly in the heart, killing her instantly.
Of course Bellatrix wanted to kill Sirius. She's a crazed psychopath who enjoys killing, and Sirius openly defied everything Bellatrix believed was right.
Delphini Riddle, often going by Delphi, was destined to be one of the most powerful witches in existence. Being one of the last descendants of Salazar Slytherin, she had the ability to speak parseltongue, a skill that few witches or wizards possess throughout the Harry Potter series.

Delphini Diggory was a mysterious young woman, whose past was filled with mystery. When she first met Albus and Scorpius, she claimed to be Amos Diggory's niece and accompanied the boys as they travelled back in time in an attempt to change the course of time and save Cedric Diggory.
Delphini isn't really a Death Eater and doesn't have a Dark Mark, but she does have a tattoo of her own. When Albus and Scorpius first notice the tattoo on the back of her neck, Delphini explains that it's a reminder of her childhood, since Rowle had kept one of the mournful birds as a pet.
Cecilia. Cecilia was a Muggle who was heavily implied to have been Tom's sweetheart. Tom used terms of affection to her and comforted her when she was shocked by Morfin's dead snake. It can be presumed Tom lost her when Merope Gaunt forced him to marry her.
Merope Gaunt (/mɛˈroʊpi/) was the daughter of Marvolo, and sister of Morfin. Harry's first impression of her was that she looked "like the most defeated person he had ever seen". She married Tom Riddle Jr and became pregnant within three months of the wedding.

Bellatrix then started taunting Mrs Weasley over her son's death, proceeding to laugh at Molly's enraged response that the Death Eater "will never touch our children again!". This provided an opening for Molly to strike Bellatrix with a curse that hit her straight in the heart, killing her.
