9 Alfie - Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight Sir Alfred of Landreth is one of the central villains of Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight. He wasn't always a force of evil—Alfie had originally sworn his sword to the Queen of England but was killed after being ordered to recapture Klaus and Veruca Dumont.
Although his intentions were noble, his goal to reunite the Pangea would've annihilate the Earth if not for Po and his friend's intervention. This easily makes Alfie, the most destructive villain of the Kung Fu Panda franchise (alongside Ke-Pa and Yaoguai Twins).
Tai Lung (voiced by Ian McShane in the films and André Sogliuzzo in the television series) is a muscular snow leopard and the main antagonist of Kung Fu Panda.

Lord Shen. Po's main opponent in Kung Fu Panda 2, this dastardly, short-tempered peacock is bent on conquering all of China and wiping out all the nation's pandas. He also commands a wolf army and devises a cannon to put an end to kung fu.
He's been teaching Shifu kung fu ever since Shifu was a kid. He dies of old age at the Sacred Peach Tree and is blown away by wind and pink petals in Kung Fu Panda the movie. He then returns 4 years later in spirit form the episode Ghost of Oogway in Kung Fu Panda Legends of Awesomness.
Kung Fu Panda 3 confirmed that the Wuxi fingerhold sends people to the Spirit Realm. This revelation directly applies to Tai Lung's fate since this is the exact move Po used to defeat him. As a result, Tai Lung is not back from the dead per se in Kung Fu Panda 4. He is rather pulled from the Spirit Realm temporarily.
At the end of the film, Lord Shen's own battle-cannon collapses on top of him. Instead of running, he closes his eyes and accepts his death, knowing he has failed and preventing any persecution for his crimes. Years after his defeat, he became more calm due to possibly the Spirit Realm which has come to view as home.
Po finds himself torn between his love of being Dragon Warrior and his feelings for Lu-Shi. Eventually he decides to marry her, while Crane begins organizing the ceremony. Tigress, meanwhile, is suspicious of Lu-Shi and confronts her, and discovers that her locket contains a picture of a male goat.
Though Oogway invented kung fu and is often considered the greatest master, the franchise's titular character, Po Ping the Dragon Warrior, proves that he has surpassed even Oogway by the end of Kung Fu Panda 3. Po defeats Kai, who defeated Oogway, proving that he is the best kung fu master to have ever lived.
In The World Has Turned and Left Me Here, Bonnie killed Kai by telekinetically throwing an ax into his chest, and Damon was initially upset by this act, as he was sure they needed Kai in order to return to the living world.
Kai's precise fate is still unknown. While his body was destroyed, it is unclear whether his spiritual essence was destroyed along with it, or if it was otherwise scattered or still intact in some form. Kung Fu Panda 4, however, provides a vague answer.
I think he was a sociopath since he was young, but I do not believe people are “born evil”. Though, he is a fictional character so they could have written him that way. But he was brought up in an environment that was toxic (he was abused) as well as the coven being the most important thing in his family's life.
And Death was revealed to be holding back his full strength the whole time. Death can't be beaten either way, and Puss In Boots knew that himself, but he still fought to keep his last life. So yeah poor Shrek though he would likely lose sadly to Death because he's unbeatable.
