"All Dogs Go To Heaven", is not a bad sequel but it's not as great as the original. If you're a fan of the original, then this film is not for you. If you're someone looking for a good animated film for your kids to watch, I recommend renting the original and this one. Was this review helpful?
After a struggle against Red, Charlie regains the horn and plays it to free the angels and send Red and Carface – the latter having sold his soul for his collar – back to Hell. Charlie and Itchy are spirited away to Heaven, and Charlie gives the horn back to Annabelle in exchange for a new life.

Red is a powerful demon from hell who recruited Carface in his plan to use the magical Horn Of Gabriel to pull all the dogs from Heaven into Hell. To this end, he tricked Carface's old nemesis Charlie into aiding him via creating magical collars and forcing him into a deal, under the disguise of an aged dog.
The plot meanders and chases its own tail without ever establishing coherent characters. In "All Dogs Go to Heaven," the possible is the mundane. A film that feels as under pressure as it's poor protagonist. Whilst looking good, it lacks a well-thought out strategy.
