Blue is a female Velociraptor that appears in Jurassic World, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, and Jurassic World: Dominion. She is the oldest of the four raptors in her pack consisting of her sisters, Delta, Echo, and Charlie.
Blue was created by InGen to live as an attraction of Masrani Global Corporation's dinosaur park Jurassic World, sometimes before 2015. Her distinctive blue pattern is known to be made from using the DNA of a Black-Throated African Monitor Lizard.
As explained by Dr. Henry Wu (B.D. Wong) in Dominion, Blue's DNA contains extracts from monitor lizards. This genetic gap-filler enables parthenogenesis – the spontaneous development of embryos from unfertilized eggs.
Blue returns in Jurassic World Dominion, taking place four years after Fallen Kingdom. She has lived in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Owen's family and now has an asexually reproduced hatchling, who Maisie names Beta.
Allosaurus is blue, with a yellow underbelly, a ring around it's eye, and blue tongue. The Allosaurus has a red sharp spike over each eye. Bump-like scutes run along a row on the back of the neck and along the back.

Sadly, the three died, and Blue was the only survivor. After this, Delta, Echo, and Charlie were cloned and introduced to Blue. Each raptor had the DNA of other animals in their genes with Blue having Black-throated monitor lizard, Charlie having Green Iguana, and Delta having the DNA of birds.
In Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Blue, even as an infant, recognizes Owen's position as leader, and greatly looks up to him, and protects him from the Indoraptor, as she is present when he attempts to attack and kill him.
Velociraptors are social animals by nature, and Blue is no exception. Her superior skills allowed her to take the position of beta over her younger sisters; she sought to be the pride's alpha, but her father figure Owen Grady maintained a superior position to her.

This means that it was Delta that was tazed. In the Jurassic World Special Edition Junior Novelization Delta is the first raptor of the Jurassic World Velociraptor Pack to die instead of Charlie. Furthermore, due to her death in the novelization, Echo is the one that kills Hoskins instead of Delta.
In Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Owen returned to Isla Nublar to rescue Blue, whose DNA was needed to create the Indoraptor, which repurposed Blue as the most important Velociraptor in the entire franchise.
Charlie was created by InGen as an attraction for the IBRIS Project. She is the youngest of the park's Velociraptor pack consisting of Blue, Delta, and Echo. Her skin pattern is the result of using Green Iguana DNA in him genetic coding. At her birth, Owen Grady imprinted on her and trained her along with her siblings.
She also has to watch her sisters in raptor-hood die, and it's kind of traumatizing, actually. Blue is great. Blue is a female. She's referred to as a female about 400 times in the film.
As Blue turns back to Owen and the others in fuller view, there is a moment when Owen purposefully shakes his head 'No'. The battle being over, Blues instincts could return to normal, but with his parental figure Owen saying no he realizes they are all family – not food – and runs off as well.
Charlie was one of the Velociraptors that are being trained by Owen Grady that appears in Jurassic World. She met her end when she got blown up by an InGen Security Trooper after turning on the humans during the assault on the Indominus rex. She was the youngest of the four trained raptors.
