In the 2nd movie Brenda gets infected and gets a treatment which slows the virus but doesnt cure her but in the 3rd movie she is cured and hasnt had the treatment in a few months which surprised Teresa because it shouldnt be possible, can someone explain?
In the book, Brenda tells Thomas that she is immune and that she was only acting in The Scorch. In the film, Brenda didn't work for WCKD so she, therefore, still has the Flare. Jorge even looks at her bite and asks how she's doing.

If Newt drew blood by biting Thomas, he may have been healed by his blood (assuming we're talking about the movies). However, he would have had to draw an extreme amount of blood to be saved, and gotten it into his (Newt's) blood stream. Thomas would not be affected, most likely.
Immunes, commonly referred to as "Munies", were the very small percentage of the remaining population of the world that are Immune to the Flare. It is revealed in The Death Cure that less than 1% of the remaining population are Immune to the Flare. The majority of the Gladers are Immunes, with few exceptions.
Brenda kissed Thomas and for a brief moment, and he hallucinated that he just kissed Teresa. He moved away from her, saying that he can't do this because she isn't her, before blacking out. As Thomas awakens, he discovered Brenda sitting and watching as Jorge beats up the man in the suit, who was revealed to be Marcus.
My heart broke when Teresa died without being forgiven completely by Thomas. It was okay to see Thomas and Brenda end up together but it all seemed to me that Thomas was so unfair, everything that Teresa did, she did it for Thomas.
