When the flash goes off in Logan's face his demeanor changes. Physical symptoms manifest which include a nose bleed, fear in his eyes and lunging at Chris saying "Get out". Initially, this perception of this is interpreted as aggression, but later he learns that Logan was actually warning him.

Writer, co-producer, and director Jordan Peele said Kaluuya did about five takes of a key scene, in which his character needs to cry, and each was so perfect that the single tear came down at the exact same time for each take.

Get Out is a smart suspenseful thriller and one of the better horror movies up to date. The fear of meeting the significant others parents has always been an anxiety of wondering how they are like.
It turns out, Rose and her family kidnap black people so that they can be hypnotized, lobotomized, and have their brains replaced by those of old white people. The deeper reason for preventing the cop from seeing Chris's ID was so that there'd be no paper trail connecting them once Chris went missing.
And if you're someone who gets freaked out by blood and guts, Get Out is not gory at all, full stop. There is some blood in it, but nothing beyond what you might see in an R-rated action film. Rest assured there is not one saw in the entire movie. There are also no creepies in masks or makeup.
As for the phone unplugging, that was definitely the grandmother trying to keep him from accessing the outside world, which is why she was able to give him an explanation and apology for it after Rose went and told her what Chris said.
Why did everyone stop talking when Chris went upstairs?
On first viewing, it's just an eerie moment, but in hindsight, the sudden silence is due to the party itself not being real. It's a front, a kind of play acting entirely for Chris' benefit. After all, he's who they're all really there to see.
The deer that is hit by a car early in the film represents Chris' past trauma, particularly the death of his mother via hit-and-run, which deeply affects him but seems to go unnoticed by his girlfriend Rose.
