History. Harry Potter had received many scars in his life, the most well-known being the lightning scar that could be seen on his forehead from where Voldemort's Killing Curse struck him as an infant.
While it does closely resemble lightning, it's really something much more sinister. Today Years Old shared side-by-side photos of Harry's scar and the hand motion for casting the Avada Kedavra spell. As fans of the books/movies know, this is the spell Voldemort used when he first attempted to kill baby Harry.
According to J. K. Rowling during a web chat, the lightning scar no longer burnt or hurt after Voldemort's defeat. J. K. Rowling stated that the pain from Harry's scar on his forehead was caused by the piece of Voldemort's soul trying to leave his body through the wound it entered to rejoin its master's soul.
Like the famous scar of Odysseus in Homer's epic poem the Odyssey, Harry's forehead lightning bolt is a badge of honor, an emblem of having survived a great battle and of being destined to wage still more battles in the future.

Is Harry immune to Avada?
Summary. Harry survived Avada Kedavra multiple times due to the protection of Lily's sacrifice and the love-based magic that surrounded him. The Elder Wand, which Harry mastered, protected him during the Battle of Hogwarts and prevented Avada Kedavra from killing him.
It wasn't until Tom Riddle's diary had been destroyed that Harry's relationship with his scar shifted again – towards Voldemort. Dumbledore told Harry that 'Unless I'm much mistaken, he transferred some of his own powers to you the night he gave you that scar'.
After Lord Voldemort destroyed the fragment of his soul residing in Harry, Harry seemingly lost the ability to speak Parseltongue, about which he was glad and relieved. Over the next twenty-two years, he never attempted to speak the language, presuming that it had died with Voldemort.
Notably, Voldemort appeared to be entirely unaware of this split, as he later created a seventh Horcrux in his quest to have six, and continued to target Harry Potter despite him now holding part of Voldemort's own soul.
At this point, it became clear to Albus Dumbledore and to Harry that the scar was part of a link between his mind and that of Voldemort. It would hurt Harry whenever Voldemort was experiencing strong negative emotions, and sometimes Harry was able to see into Voldemort's thoughts.
More importantly, it seems to be an artifact of Voldemort's accidental Horcrux-creation, and not directly related to Avada Kedavra. Rowling herself mentioned that her design choice was "because it's a cool shape. I couldn't have my hero sport a doughnut-shaped scar."
The scar is no longer dark, and instead has faded almost to his usual skintone. Scars do fade with time, but J.K Rowling wrote in the book that: "The scar had not pained Harry for nineteen years. All was well." Many people believe the fact the scar has gone dormant after he left Hogwarts is why it faded.
Shortly before the Battle of Hogwarts, Harry not only successfully used the Cruciatus Curse against Amycus Carrow, he also cast the Imperius Curse against two individuals during the Gringotts heist which led to Harry, Hermione, and Ron getting in the vault.
However, Harry felt no pain because the wand Voldemort used, the Elder Wand, refused to harm its true master, though Harry's body was still tossed around by the force of the spell.

A Professor at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Snape is hostile to Harry due to his resemblance to his father James Potter, who bullied Snape during their time together at Hogwarts.
Dumbledore knew about Horcruxes. He knew how they were formed, what happened after that, etc. He probably got to know Harry was a Horcrux when he saw the Scar on Harry's forehead, but maybe he wasn't sure.

IT was when Harry and Hermione were on their own without Ron, and were hunting for the Horcruxes, its when Harry used to wake up with terrible headaches in themiddles of the night screaming sometimes. Hermione's research into Horcruxes at that time concluded Harry was Voldermot's Horcrux.
Harry, as heir of Gryffindor, possessed the love of this Muggle-born woman in his very blood and was the perfect champion to stand up against the heir of Slytherin.
With no one to claim him as their own, Tom lived in a Muggle-run orphanage where he felt abandoned and unloved. He slowly realized he was different from others and became obsessed with his powers, believing he was unique and elite.
Ron, Mrs/Mr Weasley, McGonagall, Ginny, Dumbledore, and Harry were in the room when Harry explained how he had killed the Basilisk. Hermione probably knows since she figured out the Basilisk, so I guess she's gonna hear Harry killed it later. That gives us just a handful of people.
Ginny is introduced in the first book Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, as the youngest sibling and only daughter of Arthur and Molly Weasley. She becomes Harry's main love interest and eventually marries him at the end of the series.
For the second time in Voldemort's life, the unforgivable curse rebounded on him, as the Elder Wand wouldn't kill its master. Since Harry and his friends had already destroyed all of Voldemort's Horcruxes, this finally ended Lord Voldemort's life, with Harry finally defeating the Dark Lord.
As every fan knows, Harry survived the killing curse as a baby because his mother's love protected him. However, after Voldemort returned using Harry's blood to regain his full body, he was allowed to touch Harry without suffering negative consequences.
