With the exceptions of Jake, Norm and a select few others, all humans are expelled from Pandora and are sent back to Earth. Jake is permanently transferred into his avatar with the aid of the Tree of Souls.
In the film's closing scene, the Na'vi transfer Jake into the avatar body permanently, eradicating his disability and neatly delivering him from his original role as a white colonizer.
Jake's story picks up fifteen years after the Battle of the Hallelujah Mountains and the expulsion of 90% of the humans on Pandora, and Jake is now living as a full Na'vi, his consciousness permanently fused into his avatar body.

How old is Neytiri in Navi age?
In Cameron's script she's introduced with the descriptor "in human age she would be 18," but that raises as many questions as it answers. As with the math that leads to Jake being 28, Neytiri's birth in the Earth calendar year 2136 and the film's setting in 2154 add up to make her 18, but that's by Earth standards.
Shortly after the events of the Avatar, Jake has the Na'vi give his human body a traditional burial and moves the Omaticaya Clan near Hell's Gate to be close to the human allies who were allowed to stay on Pandora. Two weeks later, Jake still visits his former body's burial site, envisioning himself as a human.
Having been raised by the Omatikaya clan as well as the few humans who stayed on Pandora after the events of the first Avatar film, Spider is Na'vi in everything but his physical form.

Most of them escape, save for Spider, and it's revealed that Spider's dad in Avatar is none other than the villain Quaritch. Quaritch and Spider suffer a complex dynamic throughout the film, with Spider ultimately saving his life in the end.
Within the rainforest of Pandora near Home Tree. Jake body was wrapped in flowers. and left to degrade in the ground. And in the first few weeks of being a true Navi, he struggled to accept that his human life was gone.
Using their capability of advanced genetic engineering, humans develop "Avatar" hybrid bodies from genetically distinct modified human DNA and Na'vi alien genetic material. Through psionics, genetically matched humans are then mind-linked to these "Avatars" for remote control operation.
Avatar 4 will have its own narrator, which will neither be Jake nor Lo'ak. James Cameron has said that Miles Quaritch will be in all the sequels. It is also suggested Neytiri will not die in Avatar 4 and that she will live to Avatar 5.
Spider was shown to have grown a strong bond with Kiri, with many speculating that there could be a potential future romance between the pair, while his tumultuous relationship with Neytiri came to a dramatic head in the final moments of The Way of Water's climactic battle.
In spite of this, Kiri and Spider grew up together and are devoted to each other. It almost feels like fate intervened. A perfect scenario for a love story.

The Avatar: The High Ground graphic novels provide plenty of backstory and information relevant to the story in Avatar: The Way of Water, including the reveal of who is Spider's mother. Paz Socorro is Spider's mom after a romantic relationship with Quaritch led to her getting pregnant.
So, Jake, as an avatar, would have the dominant gene for five fingers and the recessive gene for four fingers. And depending on which gene he passes on to a child, his descendants will be born with five or four fingers.
Kiri is the inquisitive and intelligent adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri. Not long after Grace Augustine's death, her dormant avatar was discovered to be pregnant, and Jake and Neytiri adopted the child when she was born.
The reference implies that a Na'vi's queue may be considered an intimate area of the body. Removing the queue of Pandoran wildlife has been shown to have severe effects. Despite this, It is unknown what would canonically happen if a Na'vi queue was cut off, but it is still implied to be serious.
But it turns out the 'hair sex' scene was never part of the theatrical cut at all, it was actually in the Avatar extended version that was released in 2010. The extended version is also included on home video, DVD and Blu-ray.
