Temuera Derek Morrison is a Kiwi actor known for his critically acclaimed role of Jake "The Muss" Heke in the 1994 film Once Were Warriors. He gained international recognition for portraying the bounty hunter Jango Fett in. Morrison was born in the town of Rotorua, in the North Island of New Zealand.

All Clones come from the genetic make-up of Jango Fett, played by the amazing New Zealander, Temuera Morrison. However, genetics don't affect your accent, you could argue that maybe Jango was involved in training the initial Clones and then that accent trickled down to the rest.

Mandalorians and Maori are both races whos warrior traditions form a large and important part of their cultural identities. From BOBF we know Jango Fett was canonically a Mandalorian, so the first mandalorian we see onscreen in canon is Jango Fett, obviously played by Temeura Morrison who is literally Maori.
While Fett endured in fan fiction, comics, animations, and more extended Star Wars material, it would not be until the new millennium in George Lucas' divisive and adventurous Prequel Trilogy he would be unmasked as Māori actor Temuera Morrison (in the form of Boba's clone father Jango Fett, of course).
He was voiced by the same guy who played him as a kid in attack of the clones and he had the accent. Plus he himself is from New Zealand, same as Temuera Morrison.
