Marvel Studios Kang the Conqueror is so powerful he had to be destroyed by himself, in the end. It was Iron Lad who killed Kang The Conqueror, after bringing back the Young Avengers to stop a future version of himself. The answer is intriguingly paradoxical: Iron Lad did the deed.
While the movie concluded with Kang's defeat, there's a compelling case to be made that the storyline could have taken a more intriguing turn had Kang defeated Ant-Man and escaped the Quantum Realm.

Marvel may recast Kang amid doubts about his viability as a villain, and Galactus would be a formidable alternative for MCU Phase 6. Galactus is a massive and well-known Marvel villain, with potential to be a recurring threat unlike Kang, ensuring a greater impact.

In his last opportunity to escape, he had a brutal duel against Ant-Man, which resulted in Kang being shrunken and decimated by his own Engine Core, though his death inadvertently alerted the Council of Kangs about people interacting with the Multiverse, prompting them to take their own measures.
Eventually, Captain America defeats Kang before Ravonna uses his time crystal to regress him to an infant. In the post-credits, an elderly Kang joins Ravonna, Cosmo the Spacedog, Man-Thing, and the Supreme Intelligence in warning Captain America, Captain Marvel, and Iron Man of a new threat.
Prior to his appearance in Quantumania, though, Majors made his MCU debut in the Season 1 finale of Loki, playing one (of many) variants of his villain Kang the Conqueror named He Who Remains.

Kang's attempt to escape through a portal to the surface world is thwarted by Evangeline Lilly's Wasp, heroically coming to the rescue. Together, the size-changing couplet push Kang into his volatile engine, and he is pulled into oblivion, seemingly killing him.
Is Kang dead? By Quantumania's end, Ant-Man and the Wasp stopped Kang from heading into the Earth-616 universe. Instead, Wasp shoots him and pushes him into his multiversal ship's core, which explodes and drags him in.
The Time-Eater ranks atop the most powerful Kang variants thanks to his assuming Galactus' power. This variant killed Galactus and absorbed the Power Cosmic.
