Kiri te Suli Kìreysì'ite is a fourteen-year-old Na'vi, the adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri, and the biological daughter of Grace Augustine's avatar. She is one of the main characters in Avatar: The Way of Water.
Kiri is the inquisitive and intelligent adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri. Not long after Grace Augustine's death, her dormant avatar was discovered to be pregnant, and Jake and Neytiri adopted the child when she was born.
Her father is not a father, her father is another mother, Eywa, the Great Mother, the sentient life force of Pandora itself that exists in all things there, but is rarely understood. So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
Augustine's colleague Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) was the father and Grace conceived Kiri before the end of Avatar before somehow giving birth in her Avatar body. However, the more interesting theory is that Kiri is literally the child of Eywa due to some sort of immaculate conception.
Tuktirey te Suli Neytiri'ite, nicknamed Tuk, is the only biological daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri and their youngest child at seven-years-old. She has two older brothers: Neteyam and Lo'ak, an older adoptive sister, Kiri.
He tries to understand her thoughts and feelings and shows affection by calling her "baby girl". When Kiri falls into a coma, Jake calls Norm and Max to come all the way to the oceans to help her.
It could be an immaculate conception. There's a theory that the film director James Cameron could be hiding a vital feature of the Na'vi. According to that theory, Na'vi could reproduce asexually. Unless that theory is true, Grace was impregnated by someone.
Grace was fascinated with how the Na'vi were connected to each other, Pandora, and Eywa. Now, Kiri, who is intrinsically connected to Grace, has a much deeper connection to the Na'vi deity than anyone else. Kiri can hear Eywa in a way no other Na'vi has been able to, not even the spiritual leaders.
In that moment of Grace's death she said she was with the deity, we can assume that at that point, Eywa planted her own seed into the living avatar of Grace, thus conceiving Kiri. Unpopular Opinion: Grace (avatar) was taken advantage of at some point.
The Soul Tree is the heart of Eywa, the goddess that guides all of Pandora. Avatar: The Way of Water illustrates that Kiri has a special connection to Eywa, which means she can wield powers and feel her more deeply than other Na'vi.
Kiri is the biological daughter of Dr. Grace Augustine's avatar body, which was rendered brain-dead after her passing. Despite this, she is a naturally conceived Na'vi who was raised by her adopted family in the rainforests of Pandora.
What we do know is that Grace's last moments of consciousness in Avatar are tied to a Tree of Souls. How Was Kiri Born? Kiri was born after Grace died following a mortal bullet wound given to her by Quaritch, with her then-empty avatar giving birth to the child despite not having any consciousness.

A deleted scene from the end of Avatar (2009) revealed that Neytiri was pregnant, so Neteyam was born shortly after the events of the original movie. In accordance with the sequel's timeline, Jake and Neytiri's son Neteyam is nearly 15 years old in Avatar: The Way of Water.
Eywa, also known as the All-Mother or Great Mother, is the globally distributed consciousness of Pandora and the balancing and guiding force behind all its ecosystems, allowing all species to live in harmony and balance with their environment. She is the only known deity of the Na'vi.

Indeed, Kiri's father in Avatar may not exist at all. Considering what Avatar and Avatar 2 has revealed - and withheld - regarding Kiri's true nature, the most likely explanation for this mystery is that Kiri was created by Eywa through the Tree of Souls.
