You don't even have to go into the Italy Pavilion to find Olaf. Walk to the railing facing the water, look down and you'll spot Olaf on the bottom of the steps with a panettone.

Frozen Ever After (named Anna and Elsa's Frozen Journey in Tokyo DisneySea) is a musical reversing Shoot the Chute dark ride in Epcot at the Walt Disney World Resort.
The only place where you can actually meet Anna and Elsa at Disney World and take a pic with them is at Royal Sommerhus, also located in the Norway pavilion at Epcot.

You need to complete Anna's first two friendship quests (The Spirits of Nature and Welcoming Anna) before you can return to the Realm and invite Elsa to join you both. We have separate guides to check out for more detail on these quests if you find yourself stuck.
Let's start on that last note. Although it's located right next door to Frozen Ever After in the Norway pavilion, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall does not feature Anna and Elsa from the Frozen franchise. Those princesses appear in the nearby Royal Sommerhus meet & greet location.

Happily, no matter their age, you'll be able to find attractions to suit your family. Epcot has many different activities available for children of various ages, even as young as infants. Several rides have no height requirements.
Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT are two of my favorite parks. I actually like to explore both parks in one day and them being so close together makes this especially easy. I think you'll be happy to know that you can still absolutely walk from Disney's Hollywood Studios over to EPCOT or vice versa if you prefer.
