Sam Wilson showcased his brand-new Captain America suit in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier's series finale, "One World, One People." The suit, made from vibranium and fit with Wilson's trademark retractible wings, kept the best parts of his Falcon suit combined with Rogers' old Captain America suits.
However, it was destroyed months later in 2024 by John Walker, with Wilson giving the broken wings to Joaquín Torres. Days later, a vibranium version of the EXO-7 Falcon was created by the Wakandan Design Group and given to Wilson, who used it when he became Captain America.
Made in Wakanda, the ensemble is at least partly made from vibranium, if not all of it. Combined with the iconic vibranium shield he inherited from Steve Rogers, Sam Wilson has committed to protecting the American people while wearing and wielding a highly coveted and very rare resource.
Wilson's original Falcon wing harness featured detachable jet-powered glider wings made of lightweight titanium ribbing and Mylar. The wings were covered with wafer-thin solar power receptors that convert sunlight into electricity to power miniature high-speed electric turbine fans in his uniform and boots.

What is Vibranium? Vibranium is metallic element that absorbs sound waves, along with other vibrations such as kinetic energy. So, if a bullet was fired at vibranium, the energy from the bullet would transfer to the vibranium, and the bullet would fall harmlessly to the ground.
