Biography. Gwen Stacy is the famous wall-crawler on Earth-65, an alternate universe, where she's bitten by the infamous irradiated arachnid and dubbed Spider-Woman or “Spider-Gwen.”
The common conception is that Gwen Stacy is a cisgender woman, as other iterations of the character have been. But while this version of the character appeared in Into the Spider-Verse as well, the conversation about whether or not she is a transwoman picked up after the release of Across the Spider-Verse.

Who is the real Spider-Girl?
The most prominent version and first to receive an ongoing series is Mayday Parker from the MC2 universe, the second version is Anya Corazon, and the third version is Gwen Warren, the latter two both from the Earth-616 universe.
