Black Spider is the name of several supervillains and assassins appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Most characters who operated under the alias are depicted as both lesser renown adversaries of Batman and a member of various super-villain organizations.
The Black Suit would be expanded upon in The Amazing Spider-Man #252 (Jan. 1984), now being established as an alien, symbiotic substance that would bond to Parker while sleeping and take him for joyrides while he remained unconscious, physically overexerting Peter beyond his natural limits.
Peter's interactions with the Symbiote suit reveal the negative effects it has on him, leading to violent and aggressive behavior towards his allies. The Symbiote's influence causes Peter to make disturbing comments and hurl insults, contrasting with his typically kindhearted and polite demeanor.
While both the black and white symbiotic suit and the Iron Spider armor gave Peter significant power-ups, it's clear that the symbiotic suit was the more powerful of the two. In the recent Venom series, Eddie Brock discovers the suit's cosmic and magical properties.

The black suit is one of the two suits Spider-Man gets and plays as the villain version of the decisions you make. This is much more powerful than the red suit, however it doesn't really get good reviews with the civilians of Manhattan.
Featuring a wide array of functions and upgrades which take inspiration from Spider-Man's previous suits, the Spider-Armor Mark IV is by far Peter's most technologically advanced and powerful costume.
Basically, the symbiote didn't attempted to talk with Peter because it wanted to remain loyal and obedient like a servant. It didn't felt the need to talk to him, only to serve him.
Venom came to empathize with Eddie's status as a "loser", eventually deciding to turn on its own kind and save the Earth from being invaded. The symbiote ultimately agreed to work alongside Eddie as a vigilante, to only hurt bad people despite its own confusion of how it can tell the difference of who is good or bad.
However, this made Eddie strictly dependent on his symbiote to live, causing his health to rapidly deteriorate if he was ever separated from Venom. Sensing Eddie's growing weakness, Venom callously abandoned him to die in search of a stronger host.
Ultimately, Peter realizes the hold the symbiote has on him, mainly through his treatment of his loved ones, such as Mary Jane, and gets rid of it. Upon this separation, the symbiote finds a new host and Venom is born.
After Spider-Man rejected it upon discovering its true evil nature, the symbiote bonded with his rival, Eddie Brock, with whom it first became Venom. The character has since endured as one of Spider-Man's archenemies, though he has also been occasionally depicted as an antihero.
Peter has never been called Venom. He was Spiderman with the red suit, he's Spiderman with the black suit. Just about the only time he's ever been called Venom was in Ultimate Spiderman, the animated series. And that was because the thing was both already named and because it wasn't even him in control.
Perhaps the most notable evil Spider-Man is Venom (a.k.a. Eddie Brock). Originally a reporter, Brock becomes taken over by a symbiote discarded from Spider-Man's black suit.
As the Superior Spider-Man, Otto Octavius took on a more heroic role, but quickly proved that his methods were far more extreme than Peter Parker's ever were. While it can be argued that the Superior Spider-Man was a more effective hero, there is no denying that he was also far more brutal.
Issue #252 (May 1984) saw the first appearance in the title of Spider-Man's black costume, which the hero would wear almost exclusively for the next four years' worth of comics; issue #258 (Nov. 1984) revealed that the black costume is a living being, an alien of the Symbiote species.
In a flashback, it is revealed that she got pregnant with Eddie's child after bonding to Venom. After giving birth to their son Dylan, she left him in the care of Carl Brock, with the promise that she would return eventually. She instead committed suicide, after which Carl raised Dylan.
Anne commented on it was nice, only misinterpreted by Eddie about their kiss, but she clarified that it was about the power as Eddie suggested. Anne would also promise Eddie to not tell Dan about their mutual kiss.
Most folks are familiar with the fact that the symbiote who would come to be known as Venom first bonded with Peter Parker. It got a taste of the power of Spider-Man and grew to love that power. It grew to love the feeling of the wind on its face swinging through the city. It loved the force behind every punch.
By eating Carnage, Venom is effectively returning his spawn back to his former "unborn" state within Venom's mass, not taking anything he didn't already have into his cells.
As Venom, Brock fights Spider-Man many times, winning on several occasions. Venom repeatedly tries to kill Peter Parker/Spider-Man—both when the latter was in and out of costume. Thus Parker is forced to abandon his "black costume", which the symbiote had been mimicking, after Venom confronts Parker's wife Mary Jane.
The Spider Armor - MK II Suit is a suit players can unlock at level 5 in Marvel's Spider-Man. It costs 1 Base Token, 1 Landmark Token and 2 Research Tokens, and comes with the Bullet Proof suit power.
According to his Marvel.com profile and The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe, Peter Parker can lift (press) 10 tons. However, Spider-Man's upper limits have been shown to surpass that on more than one occasion. Perhaps his most famous feat of strength came early in his career in The Amazing Spider-Man #33.
While there have been Spider-Men who have been stronger than Peter Parker over the years, none of them have ever surpassed him as the true Spider-Man. This is due to more than just his physical capability, as his never-ending dedication to power and responsibility has proven to be his real strength.
