Mjolnir has the enchantment where only those who are worthy can wield it, such as Thor or Captain America. Hulk on the other hand, … while Stormbreaker can be wielded by anyone who has the strength to do so (though it can be summoned by those worthy of Mjolnir like Cap did). Case in point, Thanos.
Given how sharp the Axe's blade is, it can penetrate armor, and cleave through entire bodies (human or otherwise). As players upgrade the Axe, it dishes out increasing freezing damage and status effects in addition to its blunt force power.
Unlike Mjølnir, however, the weapon is not enchanted to prevent those deemed "unworthy" from holding it, making anybody with sufficient strength capable of using the weapon.
To be clear, Stormbreaker was never given the same hex/curse/charm as the hammer was given. So the scene wasn't about him lifting it but about the sacrifice to form the handle.

Are Blades of Athena stronger than Blades of Chaos?
The Blades of Chaos and the Blades of Athena/Exile are both formidable weapons, but the Blades of Athena/Exile can be considered stronger. The Blades of Athena/Exile were an enhanced version of the Blades of Chaos, given to Kratos by the goddess Athena in the game "God of War II" and its subsequent sequels.
How old is Kratos in God of War Ragnarök? In God of War Ragnarök, it's likely that Kratos is around 1,055 years old. He's something of an old man, but as a demigod, he is still more than young enough to hold his own and then some in battle.
Unlike the others, Zeus is not worthy to lift Mjolnir, but through a loophole, he can anyway. If Mjolnir is to enter his domain, Zeus's MCU powers should override Odin's enchantment, meaning he can hold Mjolnir. He may not be worthy, but technically Zeus is the fifth character who can lift Mjolnir in the MCU's Phase 4.
Meanwhile, MCU Phase 4 saw Stormbreaker being wielded by Thor, Gorr the God Butcher, Love, and anyone else who was strong enough to actually lift and swing it. This is because of the respective origins of both legendary Asgardian weapons.
This is a very simple answer that a lot of people don't understand: You don't need to be worthy to lift Stormbreaker!
