The fifth bending art, energybending, is unlike the other four in that little physical action is required to direct the bending itself. The four elemental bending arts are all dependent on the energy, or chi, within the human body, relying on its flow through the body to manipulate a specific element.
Water, Earth, Fire, Air, Void. Also known as Ether, it is the fifth element, one that has been buried in the past. It is the material that fills up the cosmos and connects everything, possibly the most dangerous element to wield.

Bloodbending is a subdivision of waterbending. This rare and barbaric skill is exhibited by waterbenders during the full moon when waterbenders gain such mastery over their abilities that they can bend the fluid inside the bodies of other living creatures, including humans.
It's a very rare ability. Maybe you do have some talent. Bolin is the last known lavabender to be alive by 174 AG. Lavabending is a specialized sub-skill of earthbending that allows the user to manipulate molten earth.
Summary. Avatar 5 will take the main characters to Earth, away from their familiar setting on Pandora, adding a fresh and exciting dynamic to the story. The Na'vi can breathe human air for longer periods of time than humans can breathe Pandora's air, leveling the playing field in battles on Earth.
The franchise's third installment is expected to hit theaters in 2025, with Avatar 4 following in 2029 and Avatar 5 in 2031, and that may not be the end of the story. While talking to PEOPLE in February 2024, Cameron said that he already has ideas for even more films in the franchise.

Therefore there are no "stronger" or "weaker" elements. All of them are needed to maintain balance in the universe. Whichever bender comes out on top in a fight is determined by the skill level of a bender. Not the element they bend.

Blocking someone's chi renders the victim's muscles useless and temporarily disables a bender's abilities. It is mainly used by nonbenders as a way of self-defense or even to attack. This ability was notably used in combat by Ty Lee, the Kyoshi Warriors, Thod and his disciples, the Equalists, and Tokuga.
Bumi is Avatar Aang and Katara's first child and eldest son, as well as the only one to be born a nonbender among the couple's three children; he later developed airbending abilities after the Harmonic Convergence of 171 AG. Before his retirement, he was the commander of the Second Division of the United Forces.
