If they are horror fans and have been exposed to other horror movies like Halloween, Smile, etc, then we think they can handle Scream 6 as young as 15 and up. There are not any overt nudity or sex scenes which may make this one ok for teens younger than 17.
Things do start quite promising with two good separate kills before the opening credits but sadly most of the fight/kill scenes that follow are just laughable, same thing can be said for the plot, ambitious but equally ridiculous. At 123 minutes this was too long for what is a poor slasher flick.
