What happened to Cashmere in the Hunger Games after she won?
While Wiress is separated from the others, Gloss slits her throat, prompting Katniss to shoot him with one of her arrows. Immediately after Gloss's death, Cashmere charges at Katniss with a knife, apparently intent on killing her, but Johanna digs her axe into Cashmere's chest, killing her.
In the video, Carlin theorizes that Tigris could've been a stylist during the 65th Hunger Games, which Finnick Odair won. As fans know, Finnick was one of multiple victors who were sex trafficked by Snow after their Games. Snow forced the victors to comply with the practice by threatening to kill their loved ones.
It was later found out that President Snow, had forced Cashmere to prosititute for Capitol citizens. Being a career, Cashmere was arrogant and conceited. She was very spoiled, being raised in District 1. She also may have been very controlling, as she seemed to have control over her brother Gloss.
Since Haymitch Abernathy's family was killed after his Games, and he mentioned Johanna's name when he spoke about being held up as an example to younger victors, it's commonly theorized that Johanna refused to be sex trafficked as Finnick had been, so her loved ones were killed in retaliation.
After winning the games, Finnick was forced into prostitution by President Snow. He was blackmailed into going out with wealthy citizens of the Capitol for the safety of his loved ones, such as his District 4 sweetheart and fellow victor Annie Cresta (Stef Dawson).

How did Haymitch win the Hunger Games with the force field?
When he was chased with an axe by the only other tribute left alive, he lured her to the edge of the arena, where the force field was. When she threw the axe at him, he ducked and the weapon flew back, embedding itself in her head. Haymitch was crowned the victor.
He only uses Katniss because the Capitol is brutally oppressive and he realizes that, with Katniss's help, the rebels have a real chance of bringing it down. This sort of cynical pragmatism largely defines Haymitch, and it stems from a combination of realism and a rebellious spirit.
