Celebrimbor is one of the main protagonists of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and Middle-earth: Shadow of War. He shares the same body with Talion. At the start of the game, after the slaughter at the Black Gate, Celebrimbor is joined with Talion as a vessel to take revenge.
The Wraith is … Celebrimbor, an Elven smith of the Second Age and the craftsman of the rings. Celebrimbor is dubbed “The Bright Lord,” a counter to Sauron, the Dark Lord, and the evil Ringwraiths. Developer Monolith Productions revealed the Wraith at a panel at Comic-Con.
Talion is the protagonist of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and Middle-earth: Shadow of War, alongside Celebrimbor, with whom he shares a body. He is non-canonical as he does not originate from the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.

Without Celebrimbor, Talion was once again dying, bleeding from the neck. In the beggining of the story Black Hand murdered Talion's family, so Celebrimbor would respond the ritual. But instead to bind his spirit to the Black Hand, the elf choose Talion, because the death circunstences from both are alike.
However, the power of the One quickly began to corrupt Celebrimbor as he continued to use it, to where his initial desire to save his family became twisted into a desire to avenge them, as he believed they had been slain, refusing Sauron's offer to release them if he returned the Ring, so much so that even Sauron noted ...
Isildur's Ring - The Ring of Power Talion wears when Celebrimbor and Eltariel betray him and take the New Ring from him. The Ring, similar to Celebrimbor, banishes Talion from death. It helps him keep Sauron's armies within Mordor for decades before he inevitably succumbs to Sauron's power and becomes a Nazgûl.
Eventually revealed to fully intend to overthrow Sauron rather than destroy him, Celebrimbor ends his bond with Talion and possesses Eltariel to use her to defeat Sauron.
Celebrimbor is slain personally by Sauron, but Sauron does not get the Three Rings. His wrath now blazes. Elrond with all (the few) refugees from Eregion he can gather fight a vanguard action and draw away N.W. He founds a stronghold in Imladris.
The story was abandoned, but Tolkien reused the characters and events. Isildur features briefly in voiced-over flashback sequences of Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings film trilogy. The video game Middle-earth: Shadow of War departs from Tolkien's narrative by having Sauron make Isildur into a Nazgûl or ringwraith.
He is, after all, from a younger generation than Galadriel herself, she being his second cousin once removed, and while one can play around with his unknown birthdate (he might conceivably be older than Galadriel if you push Curufin back in time and Finarfin forward), it is a stretch to make him substantially older.

It is revealed later that Celebrimbor was not, in truth, immediately killed at the hands of Sauron, after the Dark Lord's assault on Eregion, but instead brought to Mordor to perfect the One Ring. It is here that Celebrimbor imbues the ring with a "mind of its own".
Is there a sequel to Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor?
Shadow of War is the sequel to 2014's Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, both of which are based on J. R. R. Tolkien's legendarium. The game is set in between the events of Peter Jackson's The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings film trilogies, from which the game also takes inspiration.
As his "lifeforce" is imbude in the ring which prevents him from going into the Elven afterlife, and as such keeps him in the mortal plane. But he is a wraith in the first game, before his new ring is ever created. The ritual done to Tallion at the beginning of Shadow of Mordor summoned Celebrimbor into Tallion's body.
She said all this to Celebrimbor, who decided to make her the Elessar so she could have everything she had wished. When he gave it to her, he told her it was because of his love for her, even though she had chosen Celeborn to marry.
In a one-on-one battle, Galadriel would likely lose to Sauron. Even though she's an Elf, both powerful and intelligent, Sauron is Maiar. Odds are, Sauron didn't fear a physical defeat — only a fellow Maia ring-bearer could physically oppose him and win, after all — but Galadriel is threatening in other ways.
Additionally, while he was in his weakened state, Galadriel could hold him off through the power of will alone. However, if Sauron had his One Ring and faced off in a battle against Galadriel, it's unlikely that there would be much she could do.
In Telerin High-Elf Celebrimbor Version he is the follower of Galadriel's boyfriend/husband Celeborn. One of the three Teleri who accompanied Celeborn to Exile when he left Aman to follow Galadriel into Middle-earth.
Galadriel's power eventually overrules Sauron, and by her efforts, Sauron is banished from Dol Guldur, his spirit fleeing back to Mordor. Elrond escorts Galadriel to safety after her struggle with Sauron on orders from Saruman, while Saruman himself is tasked to deal with Sauron.
At first, it might seem counterintuitive for Sauron to assist his enemies in making a power for themselves. However, his true intention is to subjugate the elves to him through their use of the Rings.
All the Nazgûl are named - The Witch-king of Angmar, The Dark Marshal, Khamûl The Easterling, The Betrayer, The Shadow Lord, The Undying, The Dwimmerlaik, The Tainted and The Knight of Umbar.
