Type of Villain Enobaria is the secondary antagonist from the second book of The Hunger Games trilogy Catching Fire and one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Brutus) of the film.
When the rebels stage a suprise attack on the Capitol, they succesfully retrieve Enobaria, Peeta, and Johanna. While in District 13, Enobaria is kept alive only because of Katniss Everdeen's wishes for a pardon.
Enobaria was the Victor of the 62nd Hunger Games, and she became famous for ripping another Tribute's throat out with her teeth like some kind of jungle cat. After her victory, she even filed her teeth to look like fangs.
Gloss and Cashmere from District 1, and Brutus and Enobaria from District 2, are all mean and vicious. They're not part of the secret plans Plutarch was putting together; they are just fighting to save themselves and maybe win some fans.

The victor tributes from 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 11 all had knowledge of the plan, which explains why it seemed everyone was working to protect her and Peeta.
While the Hunger Games film never talked about it, the Catching Fire novel explained why she could only communicate through hand gestures. Katniss briefly mentioned that a previous stroke could have caused Mags' garbled speech. However, post-traumatic stress disorder could have also caused her speech incapacity.
He never married and doesn't have any children, and Katniss wonders how hard it must be for Haymitch to watch District 12's tributes die year after year. She grows fond of Haymitch throughout the novel, and he grows fond of her as well, doing his best to train her, coach her, and watch over her when she returns.
Since Haymitch Abernathy's family was killed after his Games, and he mentioned Johanna's name when he spoke about being held up as an example to younger victors, it's commonly theorized that Johanna refused to be sex trafficked as Finnick had been, so her loved ones were killed in retaliation.
The following year after Lucy Gray Baird's victory, another female tribute emerged as the Hunger Games winner. Mags Flanagan became the first victor from District 4, living off of nuts and her survival skills by creating fishhooks. She was also the first victor to move to Victor's Village before serving as a mentor.
The female Morphling, however, appears almost coincidentally, and Peeta even mentions that they don't know her real name. Given that she is willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to protect Peeta, it's safe to assume that the Morphling was committed to the rebel cause.
In Catching Fire, Enobaria, Beetee, Finnick, Peeta, Katniss, and Johanna survive the 75th Hunger Games. Enobaria, Peeta, and Johanna are captured by the Capitol after Katniss destroys the arena's forcefield. Katniss, Finnick, and Beetee are rescued by District Thirteen.
Enobaria (Meta Golding) and Brutus (Bruno Gunn): The female tribute from District 2 for the 75th Hunger Games bears the feminine form of the name Enobarbus, descended from the Latin Ahenobarbus, which means “bronze beard.” The name Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus was shared by several Roman generals and politicians.
At the end of Catching Fire Enobaria is caught along with Peeta Mellark and Johanna Mason and taken to the Capitol. However, being from District 2 it is believed Enobaria was not tortured like the other two, or at least to much lesser extents.
Winning the Hunger Games came at a great cost for Haymitch, as President Snow ordered the death of his family and girlfriend as punishment for his rebellion. Despite his rough exterior, Haymitch became a crucial ally and mentor for Katniss and played a key role in the rebellion against the Capitol.
Johanna remains in the Capitol for quite a while, and she and Peeta are tortured for information concerning District 13 and the mockingjay rebellion. While in the Capitol, Johanna's entire head is shaved, making her bald.
After winning the games, Snow forced Finnick into prostitution and sold his body to Capitol residents to gain their trust. Finnick only agreed to take part because Snow threatened to torture his loved ones. Even though he bedded several women throughout his time as a victor, Finnick's love for Annie remained true.
Their relationship was all friends. They trusted each other, but that doesn't mean they had romantic feelings for each other. Plus, Cinna's too old for Katniss.
When Cinna was around, he always told her that he believed in her and did so in a way that provided a lot of support for Katniss. It's clear that this meant a lot to her.
Cinna is Katniss's intelligent, empathetic stylist and the creator of the iconic “Girl on Fire” look. Of all the people in the Capitol that Katniss meets, Cinna is the only one who shows awareness of the inequality and injustices that the outlying districts are subjected to.
Chia Mags kisses Finnick on the mouth to briefly let him know that this is the last time she will see him. It's her way of saying "Goodbye" but in a more affectionate way.
(Katniss recognizes her because she was also in the forest outside District 12 when the girl was captured, and she feels guilty that she did nothing to help.) As punishment, the Capitol cut out the girl's tongue and then forced her into a life of servitude as an Avox.
Mags (Lynn Cohen) was a willing participant in the 3rd Quarter Quell. Despite knowing she wouldn't make it out of the arena alive, viewers grew fond of Mags as she was not only willing to volunteer for Annie to be in the Hunger Games, but stepped into the poisonous fog to sacrifice herself with no hesitation.
