Princess Leia is approximately 14 years old in Andor, which means she's too young to be Elizabeth Dulau's character. Plus, it's a bit too early for Leia to have this level of involvement in the fight against the Empire in the Star Wars timeline.
Beyond any physical similarities between Dulau and the late Fisher, some fan theorists point to another potential clue that Kleya is actually the young princess in disguise: The way that Luthen pronounces Kleya sounds just like Leia.

Kleya Probably Isn't Leia, But She Likely Is Very Important
Her hair has only strengthened comparisons between the two. However, it would be difficult for Andor to link Kleya and Leia without creating some serious timeline issues.

In Part III, Leia revealed her knowledge about the adoption, only that she didn't know about her birth, which explained her unsurprised response when Luke told her that they were brother and sister in Return of the Jedi. Obi-Wan Kenobi also provided an explanation about how Leia gradually "lost" her Skywalker heritage.

Amongst them was a boy named Kassa, who later stated he been fighting as a revolutionary since the age of six, and his sister, Kerri. Kassa and other children from his tribe attempted to investigate the wreck of a Republic transpo corsair that crash-landed on the planet near their village.
Leia's Force abilities and her lack of awareness of her true identity also contributed to Vader's inability to sense their familial connection. Vader's denial of Anakin Skywalker's legacy and his fear of getting hurt again prevented him from realizing the truth about his children until later in the original trilogy.
Rey is Han Solo's daughter. But she is not Leia Organa's daughter--and therefore is not a Skywalker. Leia and Han were estranged when she began training with Luke.

Finally, Rey is Kylo Ren's aunt through Anakin Skywalker. This means that Kylo and Rey's romance is just as genetically awkward as Luke and Leia's kiss on Hoth was. Granted, neither pair knew they were related at the time, but that's no excuse.
What is the connection between Kylo Ren and Rey? As Kylo Ren himself says in The Rise of Skywalker, he and Rey are bonded not just by their familial legacies (Ren as the grandson of Darth Vader and Rey as the granddaughter of Emperor Palpatine) but by their unique connection in the Force.
