The Spider-Slayers are a series of fictional robots appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Spencer Smythe, they were designed specifically to hunt down, capture, or kill Spider-Man.

Humans Spider-Man Has Killed. Deliberately killed the Finisher by returning a fired missile back to his tank. Accidentally killed Gwen Stacy, snapping her neck while she fell towards her death, thrown by Norman Osborn. It was a lose-lose scenario, so Norman gets the credit for the kill.
In the end, Parker chose to fake his death and live in peace with his HOUSE OF M family in anonymity, at least for a time. However, after the events of that story, the Inheritors—a group dedicated to hunting those with spider-based powers—ended up killing this version of Parker.
That issue finally answered the question: Richard and Mary Parker were murdered by Albert Malik, who was one of Johann Schmidt's successors to the persona of Red Skull. In The Amazing Spider-Man #365 (August 1992), Spider-Man's 30th anniversary, they reappeared.
Spider-Man soon tracked down and confronted the Burglar to whom he revealed his true identity as Ben Parker's nephew. Believing that Spider-Man was about to kill him as revenge for murdering Ben, the Burglar suffered a fear-induced heart attack and died.
Initially, the battle against her wasps goes alright -- with even the villainous Morlun being unleashed to fight alongside Parker and his allies. But the conflict quickly takes a darker turn when Spider-Man Noir reveals his corruption to the other heroes and uses a mysterious blade to stab Spider-Woman in the stomach.
He is willing to kill enemies in certain cases, but largely prefers to only injure criminals. Despite his superhuman abilities, Spider-Man Noir still relies on wearing glasses as Peter Parker, indicating his goggles may also involve prescription lenses.
Eobard Thawne is a speedster from the 25th century, who occasionally used the alias Adrian Zoom. He was a fan of the Flash and gained his powers, but went insane on discovering he would become a villain.
Portrayals of Jameson in both the comics and external media have varied throughout the years. Sometimes he is shown as a foolishly grumpy, stubborn and pompous demagogue and micromanager whose resentment of Spider-Man is actually a thinly-veiled exercise in envy.
Miguel O'Hara, also known as Spider-Man 2099, is the most powerful Spider-Man in the Spider-Verse due to his leadership skills, brutality, gear, and extra abilities. He wears an ultra-durable suit and has sharp fangs, making him a formidable opponent.
Is Marvel's Spider-Man 2099 a Vampire? Spider-Man 2099 is not a vampire in either the movies or the Marvel comics in which he debuted. It's clear why some Across the Spider-Verse viewers would think so, as he has fangs, but he's not undead.

The Green Goblin abducts Peter's girlfriend, Gwen Stacy, and lures Spider-Man to a tower of either the Brooklyn Bridge (as depicted in the art) or the George Washington Bridge (as given in the text). The Goblin and Spider-Man clash, and the Goblin hurls Gwen off the bridge.
Although the Green Goblin was an excellent foe and actually had a connection to Aunt May before he killed her, the initial execution of her passing might have seen an even darker version of Spider-Man arise than what was seen during his final battle with the Goblin.
While Uncle Ben's murder was a tragedy, it's also clear that without his death, Peter would have never become the type of Spider-Man he needed to be. Readers can take some solace in Ben's final fate from a brief scene in The Incredible Hercules #130.
Ben was killed when a burglar was robbing their house. Ben accidentally surprised him causing the burglar to shoot him. His death sparked the transformation of Peter Parker into Spider-Man. He once returned for five minutes as part of a birthday present from Doctor Strange for Peter Parker.
