The deadlights are IT's true form in the macroverse. “You'll all float" is referring to the deadlights. The only person to have ever glimpsed the deadlights and come back is Audra Denbrough.
Once down in the bowels of the town, the Losers encircle an engraved leather vessel, and chant “Turn light into dark” until the pure rotten energy that forms the core of the demonic Pennywise—three orbs of light called the “Deadlights”—are sucked into the vessel, which the Losers then try to close.
The Deadlights are orange writhing lights that exist in Todash Darkness. Pennywise uses the Deadlights to break a person's mind because one look at the Deadlights will make a person go insane due to it not being able to be comprehended by a human mind.

Like how It can become Beverly's father to torment her, It often becomes Pennywise, delighting in the laughter and screams of children.
Kersh tells Beverly she's the daughter of a carnival worker who happens to look just like Pennywise. As explained in Stephen King's IT, this man is Bob Gray — and IT, that pesky inter-dimensional force of evil, stole his likeness. For 85-year-old Gregson, the character of Mrs. Kersh was initially even more mystifying.
Georgie Elmer Denbrough is a fictional character created by Stephen King from his 1986 epic horror novel It. Georgie is the younger brother of Bill Denbrough, and falls prey to Pennywise the Clown. He is used by Pennywise to taunt Bill throughout the novel.
To put it bluntly, the blood Bev sees is period blood. She is afraid of going through puberty and becoming a woman. She fears this because of her abusive, misogynistic father and the fact that boys and men already sexualize her.
Beverly's father can't see any of the blood in the bathroom. On one level, this is because he's an adult; a major theme of It is that the innate power of childhood and ability to remember childhood fears serve as a crucial weapon against It.

It is believed that IT's real desire is to consume all life on a planet, leaving it barren when the creature moves on. The being doesn't have to just eat humans, too, but it is the preferred sustenance of IT, especially when they are fearful as the terror provides extra flavor.

However, in both the book and the 1990 miniseries, his greatest fear is a werewolf, and cutting this from his battle with Pennywise was a mistake.
Marsh gets there, Bev whacks him across the face with a toilet lid, killing him. Just as she is about to leave, Pennywise finds her and takes her. Bill goes by Bev's house and finds her father dead in the bathroom, and sees "YOU'LL DIE IF YOU TRY" written on the wall in blood. Why does Beverly hate her dad in “It”?
Unfortunately, Eddie is a victim of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy with his own mother as the abuser. This means Mrs. Kaspbrak has been faking all of Eddie's illnesses in order to have unlimited control over him. Even his asthma inhaler is a placebo or "gazeebo" as the 2017 version of Eddie so hilariously puts it.
When It shows the Losers all their worst fears, Beverly's is a bathroom covered in blood. Given that we have seen Beverly buying tampons in the previous scene, it's an obvious reference to the horrors and fears of puberty and being a teenage girl.
Anyone who read the book IT by Stephen King would know that Beverly Marsh's mother, Elfrida, passed away from cancer. However, in the 1990 miniseries and 2017 film, there is absolutely no mention of her mother.
A neighbor witnesses his disappearance, but the fact his body is never found gives Bill hope Georgie somehow survived. Pennywise prays on this in the film, using that hope to lure Bill in the finale. Bill later finds the tatters of Georgie's coat and finally accepts his brother is gone.
In the final battle between the Losers and the clown, Pennywise appears to Bill as Georgie and begs for him to take him back to the family home and out of the sewer. The scene is filled with intense emotions as Bill shoots him in the head, seeming to know definitively that Georgie was not his real brother.
