Why don't we see Coruscant in the original trilogy?
Why is Coruscant never or hardly mentioned in the original trilogy seeing how central it was in the second trilogy? It wasn't invented yet. Lucas had a central Imperial planet in mind, but he called it Had Abaddon. Timothy Zahn came up with the name Coruscant in his novel Heir to the Empire.
Sidious wasn't scared of Grievous as he served him as a means to an end, rather that he was concerned about what the Kaleesh Cyborg would do if he ever knew about Sidious orchestrating both sides during The Clone Wars.
