Rip is a 2005 Formula 6000 Racer which is a fictional model. He is powered by a 3.5-liter DOHC V-8 with 650 horsepower, making this a typical Indycar engine.
According to the Cars: Character Encyclopedia book, Rip was actually meant to die during the first World Grand Prix race, hence his name being Rip (Rest in Peace) and Clutchgoneski (Clutch Gone in the Sky); however, his fate was changed so he only suffered a blown engine and was able to continue racing.

Cars 2. Miles Axlerod in Cars 2. Though at first Professor Zündapp appears to be the main villain of Cars 2 for driving the plot, it is revealed near the end of the film by Mater that Axlerod was behind everything.
Holley Shiftwell (voiced by Emily Mortimer) is a British spy-in-training at C.H.R.O.M.E. and Mater's love interest. According to Pixar's Meet the Cars book, Holley's model is a Pixar in-house design known as a 2008 MT-R Mark II.
Francesco Bernoulli is an Italian open-wheeled race car from Porto Corsa, Italy. He is a champion in the Formula Racer series where he races with the number 1. In 2011 he took part in the World Grand Prix. He is also the son of Mama Bernoulli, who is now a retired racer.
Shu Todoroki is a Le Motor Prototype racer representing Japan and bearing #7 in the World Grand Prix. Shu was raised at the base of the active Mount Asama volcano in Japan, and soon became a champion on the Suzuka Circuit.
