Throughout lunch and dinner at Be Our Guest Restaurant, Beast roams his castle and will pose for photos and selfies. However, Beast does not currently have a dedicated meet & greet location (as before) and does not pose with guests, sign autographs, etc. Basically, you can't get within 6 feet of him.

Notes. Upon park reopening July 11, 2020 Be Our Guest lunch changed to prix fixe meal- $70 for adults and $41 for kids. Guests choose one appetizer, one entree and receive the dessert trio. A non-alcoholic beverage is included as well.
And the answer here is no! Although Be Our Guest is considered a Signature Restaurant at Disney World and many of them have dress codes, Be Our Guest is inside a theme park — so Disney expects that guests will be dressed … for the theme park! Shorts, t-shirts and casual clothes will be just fine for dining here.
According to US copyright law, the rights for a character expire 95 years after the publication of the original work. Disney will lose the Mickey Mouse copyright for Steamboat Willie in 2024, since the short animated film was produced and distributed in 1928.
