Plo Koon, who was Wolffe's Jedi General, was shot down on Cato Nemoidia by his wingmen. Wolffe was no pilot, and even if he was, both Canon and Legends state he was shot down by a clone called Jag and a clone numbered CT 57/11–9048 (which is NOT Wolffe's number, and Wolffe's number starts with CC too).
Fox, also identified by his clone designation CT-0000/1010, was a loyal clone trooper who fought as a soldier in the Grand Army of the Republic throughout the length of the Clone Wars. By 19 BBY, he was serving as a Clone Sergeant in the 501st Legion on the Republic's capital, Coruscant.
The commanding officer of the battalion was Jedi General Plo Koon, who also flew under the callsign Wolf Leader. The second-in-command was Clone Commander Wolffe. Members of the battalion included Clone Sergeant Sinker, Clone Corporal Comet, clone troopers Boost and Wildfire, and clone pilots Warthog and Corvis.

Did Master Plo survive Order 66?
Filoni pitched the idea of retconning Plo Koon as an Order 66 survivor, but Lucas shot the proposal down as efficiently as the 104th. Filoni didn't elaborate on Lucas' reasoning, but he clearly respects the judgment, which means Plo Koon will be staying dead.
Plo Koon and Bo Keevil wore metal masks and goggles as a life-support device to protect their sensitive eyes, lungs, and nostrils from the oxygen-rich atmosphere of Coruscant and other planets when away from their homeworld of Dorin.
The Alpha-Class ARC Troopers were the deadliest clones in the Republic army. They were trained personally by Jango Fett and lacked the mental modifications other clone troopers had received. Their free-thinking nature meant many Alpha clone troopers refused to follow Order 66.
Cupid clone troopers were specialized clone troopers in the Grand Army of the Republic. They had a similar design to the Katarn-class commando armor with a pink visor, primarily white armor with pink patterns that slightly resemble stylized hearts, as well as wing-like ornaments jutting out of the backpack.
Kit survived the Clone Wars, but met his end when the Jedi tried to take Supreme Chancellor Palpatine into custody. He wasn't prepared for the ferocity of Palpatine's assault on the Jedi, and a lightsaber slash ended his life.

Order 66 was horrible but it was at least targeting Jedi who knew how to defend themselves, Order 37 targeted innocent people just trying to live their lives. That makes it worse.
Koon still served on the Council ten years after the Invasion of Naboo. Koon also trained a Padawan of his own, Bultar Swan. With Koon training her well, Swan became a Jedi Knight shortly before the First Battle of Geonosis.
The 7th Sky Corps was a corps of the Grand Army of the Republic under the joint command of Clone marshal commander Cody and High Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi.
CC-10/994, who took on the name Grey, was a Clone Captain in the Grand Army of the Republic, an army of genetically identical clone troopers who were engineered from the template of Jango Fett. Captain Grey was a capable soldier, serving under Jedi General Depa Billaba throughout the Clone Wars.
Jango Fett was chosen by Sith apprentice Darth Tyranus to serve as the template for an army of clone troopers. The Sith apprentice Darth Tyranus, who was actually Sifo Dyas' friend and the former Jedi Master Dooku, later claimed Dyas had worked with him to create the clone army.
Some clones disobeyed the infamous order than decimated the Jedi order, and refused to execute it. SOME of these Clones include; Captain Rex: Captain Rex, as most know removed his chip that would later be the way that Palpatine would execute order 66. Wolffe: As with Captain Rex Wolffe removed his bio chip.
Being the one who found her, Plo took her to the Jedi Temple, where she was to be raised to learn the ways of the Jedi. She and Plo had developed an unbreakable bond that was something of a father/daughter dynamic. Through their bond, Plo Koon affectionately calls her "Little 'Soka" and Ahsoka calls him "Master Plo."
He was a close friend of fellow Masters Qui-Gon Jinn (whom he fought alongside during the Stark Hyperspace War), Micah Giiett, Ki-Adi-Mundi and noted fighter pilot Saesee Tiin. Plo Koon was shot down over Cato Neimoidia by his clone troopers, killing him in compliance with Order 66.
