Enraged at how the gods belittled his suffering, Gorr happened upon the All-Black the Necrosword. With his life entwined with the blade, Gorr embarked on a campaign of slaughter against the gods, while seeking Eternity to grant his wish to bring about their extinction.
After losing his daughter, Gorr renounces the universe's gods and sets out on a quest to find Eternity, a cosmic being that would allow him to eradicate the gods in one fell swoop.
Love is the daughter of Gorr the God Butcher, whose death by starvation triggered her father's murderous crusade against all gods for forsaking them. She was ultimately resurrected by the cosmic entity Eternity in accordance with Gorr's wish, brought on by Thor's advice.
Thor, Foster, and Valkyrie pursue Gorr to the Shadow Realm, where Foster sees ancient drawings that depict Thor's battle-axe Stormbreaker as a way to summon the Bifrost to enter the realm of a godlike celestial called Eternity, who can grant Gorr's wish to destroy all gods.
Love being born out of Eternity means she is bound to be one of the strongest beings in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with her small display just being a showcase. But her receiving these powers remains inexplicable. It can be explained as the Enigma Force might be what's responsible for the source of Love's powers.

How powerful is Eternity?
Eternity's true power remains at such a level as to be nearly incomprehensible to humans. It may move wherever it wants, whenever, and in whatever capacity, as well as know all things, and when in contact with Infinity literally possesses power over all space and time.
Eternity is actually the embodiment of the Universe, along with his sister, Infinity. According to the comics, Eternity is a cosmic-level entity, but not a Celestial, as the Celestials are a specific type of cosmic being created by the First Firmament.
Although Stormbreaker and Mjolnir have very similar properties and powers, Stormbreaker is the most powerful weapon wielded by Thor so far. The obvious reasons are that Stormbreaker is the physically larger weapon out of the two, and not to mention that it is an axe, which could well be more dangerous than a hammer.
Unlike Mjølnir, however, the weapon is not enchanted to prevent those deemed "unworthy" from holding it, making anybody with sufficient strength capable of using the weapon.
When Gorr renounces his god, Rapu, he finds himself being strangled to death by the deity. The Necrosword whispers to Gorr, and he finds it in his hand, ready to strike down all the gods of the universe.
Wish Granting: Eternity is able to grant wishes. Resurrection: Eternity is able to resurrect the dead. When Gorr the God Butcher wished his daughter to come back to life, Eternity restored her to life.
Wish-granting: Eternity was able to grant any wish a visitor to his realm asked. Resurrection: Eternity can bring back the dead. Power granting: Eternity can bestow portions of his power onto mortals, as he did with Love.
See, according to Marvel lore, Eternity is the Marvel Universe. It's an entity whose substance is made up of every living thing and every time and place in the Marvel 616 universe, and its physical form is simply an avatar it can manifest in order to interact with lesser beings, like Doctor Strange.
The original Eternity was eventually killed by the combined effort of his son Entropy and Captain Marvel resulting in the destruction of the universe. They later came to regret their actions and recreated the universe, with Entropy becoming the new Eternity and stating that this was their life-cycle.
During the Time Runs Out storyline, the Beyonders are revealed to have killed Eternity as part of destroying abstract entities in each reality across the multiverse.
In addition, the Necrosword chose him as its wielder in retaliation for losing his daughter Love (portrayed by India Hemsworth) and his prayers to his god Rapu being left unanswered, corrupting him.
Thor's hammer Mjolnir was defined by the fact that only the 'worthy' could lift it – so basically no-one except the god of thunder (and Vision, for some reason). But when it comes to the weapon's replacement, Stormbreaker – which Thor forges in Avengers: Infinity War – Groot is able to lift it too.
If Thor decides to use the power of lightning onboard the Asgardian refugee ship to fight the villain and his minions, he may accidentally damage the ship, or worse, even kill his own people. So, he chose to hold himself back, allowing some Asgardians to escape with Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) and Korg (Taika Waititi).
Rune King Thor is perhaps the strongest version of Thor we have ever witnessed in the Marvel Comics. In the desperate need of power, Thor makes the ultimate sacrifice of his life in the Mighty Thor #80–85. He hangs himself from the tree of Yggdrasil to get his hands on Rune Magic and he literally died.
Without the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos stands little chance against Prime Odin. Odin is stated to be able to shatter the Earth. And he turned Frigga into stars. He has devastated while worlds, laid waste to kingdoms and destroyed demons and monsters.
Thor hypes up the weapon which eventually became Stormbreaker in Infinity War as the "Thanos-killing kind" of weapon. However, there is a clear weakness between Stormbreaker and Mjolnir.
It also involves that Eternity is somehow a future Tony Stark who managed to escape his earthly form and make himself immortal. I'm not sure how both Eternity and Kang the Conqueror are supposed to be Tony Stark, but it is what it is.
As the protector of the Marvel Multiverse, the Living Tribunal stands as one of the greatest, most powerful figures in all of reality, with his powers only surpassed by characters on par with One-Above-All and Eternity.
Immortality: The Dark Dimension is a timeless entity, thereby resulting in Dormammu being a primordial immortal, with the Ancient One describing him as a precursor to time itself.
