Avengers: Age of UltronWanda gets inside Tony Stark's head and pushes him to see his actions leading to the deaths of his fellow Avengers, and eventually allows Tony to take Loki's scepter (with the Mind Stone inside) for himself, believing that it will eventually lead to him driving the Avengers to their destruction.
From a Tony-negative standpoint (the one Wanda is looking from), it shows a supreme level of arrogance and delusion, at a level that would lead him to, as she says later, self-destruct.
The 2015 film Avengers: Age of Ultron saw Earth's Mightiest Heroes take on the evil robot Ultron and his army of deadly drones, but the creation of Ultron itself was inspired by Tony Stark receiving an apocalyptic vision of a potential future fueled by a magical suggestion from Wanda Maximoff.
In Captain America's Wanda-induced Vision, he found himself back in time when the war was over, and he was reunited with Peggy Carter. This seemed like the perfect place for him to be, so it didn't make sense that it was supposed to be his deepest fear, especially since Iron Man's nightmare featured the Avengers dead.
Regrettably, Stark neglected to form any type of relationship with Wanda, but he still looked out for her and protected her. Steve Rogers considered Tony detaining her as "house arrest," but Stark was acting out of Wanda's best interests.

Why Wanda hates Tony?
Because Stark missiles kill her parents and nearly kill her and her twin brother Pietro, Wanda spends much of her youth hating Tony Stark. Her initial ally, Ultron, plays off of that rage and manipulates the twins into working for him against the Avengers.
Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), and Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie) were all huddled together. Tony's Iron Man 3 pal, Harley Keener (Ty Simpkins), Maria Hill (Colbie Smulders), Thunderbolt Ross (William Hurt), and Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel rounded out the attendees.
The Russo brothers, who directed Infinity War and Endgame, once said that Wanda intentionally dropped the accent because she was training to be a spy and the accent would give her away.
And the answer is always John Constantine. Scarlet Witch may be a powerful sorceress, but John Constantine is usually outgunned when it comes to raw magic power. He's faced off against sorcerers, witches, wizards, greater demons, even demigods and always found an angle to beat them.

Ultron sees the Avengers as one of the main problems with the world's stunted evolution. He particularly dislikes his maker Tony Stark and flies into a rage when compared to him. The evil A.I. has a particular dislike for Vision who inhabits the powerful body Ultron had built for himself.
If Tony Stark hadn't created Ultron, Sokovia would have been spared from being obliterated. Therefore, there wouldn't be any immediate pressure to establish the Sokovia Accords, and the subsequent ethical dilemma of the Avengers' actions wouldn't have divided the team.
What Makes Him Pure Evil? He betrayed his creator Pym mere moments after being created, quickly deemed humanity as flawed and has made numerous attempts to wipe out the entire race. He attempted to destroy any of his own creations, such as Vision and Jocasta, when they rebelled against him.
Did Wanda forgive Tony? She did go to Tony's funeral. Yes. Even though her work alongside him was brief she came to realize Tony wasn't the monster she thought and that he had truly changed his ways.
The answer is Harley Keener, played by Ty Simpkins. Harley is the kid from Iron Man 3, the one who helped Tony when Iron Man crash-landed in Tennessee. That movie took place in 2013, and remember, the funeral happens around 2023 because of the five-year time jump.
Her full potential was not showcased until WandaVision. Scarlet Witch was by far Marvel's Phase 4 most powerful character, yet Wanda could not beat Thanos in either Avengers: Infinity War or Avengers: Endgame.
MCU Phase 4 finally gave Wanda Maximoff her due, kicking off the Multiverse Saga with WandaVision. Her story progressed in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, where she was deemed dead at the end of the film, but it has always been an accepted fact that it's only a matter of time before she re-emerges.
Created by Chaos Magic, WandaVision's twins disappeared with the Hex, but the existence of Earth-838 Billy and Tommy reveals Wanda's natural connection to the multiverse, as her dream of having twins turns out to be a window into another reality.
More generally, the hair changes are meant to reflect changes in her character. Her aesthetic has shifted throughout the movies. If you compare how she was styled in Age of Ultron to how she's styled in Infinity War, it's a big difference.
Wanda and Pietro are both multilingual, and they do speak Russian, but it isn't their native tongue. They probably grew up speaking Serbian or Romanian, which is the primary language of Transia according the Marvel Wiki.
We know that Gamora wasn't at Tony Stark's funeral - unsurprising considering that she didn't know him, really - so she must have fled after the battle was won.
This was largely due to a Stark Industries bomb killing Wanda's parents when she was a child. WandaVision went as far as to show her memory of this event and insinuate that Scarlet Witch has forgiven Iron Man for creating the weapon that killed her parents.
He was also present during the viewing of Iron Man's final message and the rest of his funeral service. However, the God Thunder wasn't as distraught as his fellow Avengers, and it may have something to do with his Asgardian roots.
