Anakin Skywalker As Yoda considered such things to be dangerous, he thus deemed Anakin unfit for the life of a Jedi. Nonetheless, it can be said that Darth Vader is the more powerful master of the Force for one key reason: his temperament.
Yoda then peacefully dies at the age of 900, his body disappearing as he becomes "one with the Force". He leaves Luke with the knowledge that "there is another Skywalker." As powerful as Darth Sidious may have been, it's easy to forget he actually seemed afraid of Master Yoda. As seen in Revenge of the Sith, Palpatine initially thought he could deal with the aged Jedi Master - and then, when Yoda proved able to counter the Sith Lord's Force lightning, he fled.
He would have struggled but through Yoda's training, he would've allowed Jedi Master Mace Windu kill Palpatine. We have to remember that Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi was “forced” to take young Ani as his apprentice around the same time he faced the Jedi Trials.
