What happened in the Chucky Season 2 finale? What happens to Jennifer Tilly in Chucky Season 2?

It's unknown which legacy characters will return in Chucky season 3 other than Tiffany and Nica. Christine Elise as Kyle Barclay and Alex Vincent as Andy Barclay have the potential to come back. However, it's unlikely given their convention obligations during the summer of 2023.
What happened to Glen and Glenda in Chucky Season 2?
Technically Glen and Glenda have been around by way of Lachlan Watson's portrayal pretty much all season. However, after Glen was fatally shot by Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif) in the penultimate episode, Glenda decided to keep them alive by returning both their souls to the body of the doll they were born in.
Chucky and Tiffany make plans to transfer their souls into Redman and Jennifer. Tiffany knocks them out and uses a turkey baster to inseminate Jennifer with Chucky's semen, intending to use her baby as a host for Glen's soul.
Child's Play 2 (1990) does make her fate seem dark, however. She didn't back off from sticking to Andy's claims of a killer doll, causing the two to be separated. Little Andy is left with a framed photo of them in happier times. He goes into the foster care system while his mom is institutionalized.

After she gets separated from Andy, one of the Chucky dolls tricks Kyle into triggering a bomb set by Tiffany, presumably killing her. Eight years after Chucky's second demise, the Play Pals company resumes manufacturing Good Guy dolls and re-opens the abandoned factory. A splash of blood from Chucky's corpse is inadvertently mixed in with the molten plastic being used to produce the dolls, reviving him in an updated body.
The fourth episode of Season 3 of the USA Network and SYFY show, “Dressed to Kill,” takes place on October 31st in two locations, both of which end up being pretty gory by the hour's end. It was expected to continue through August, however in mid-July production was interrupted due to the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike. Filming resumed on November 24 of the same year. The season will be split into two parts, with the first half airing in October 2023 and the other half airing in 2024.
Unfortunately, as is so often the case, that Good Guy doll has been possessed by the spirit of a serial killer, the notorious Charles Lee Ray. After gruesomely murdering several people in Andy's life, Chucky attempts to transfer his soul into Andy so that he can be a real boy.
When Nica asks Chucky what his motive is, he reveals that he was a family friend that was secretly in love with Nica's mother Sarah. He killed her father and kidnapped Sarah.
He only became evil due to his sadistic desire to hurt and kill others, shown when his father was killed by the Hackensack killer, and decided to become just like him because he was inspired by the killers actions.
After her husband's funeral, she is kidnapped by Charles, but manages to call the police. Charles angered by her rejection, pulls out a knife and stabs her in the stomach before fleeing the oncoming police. Because she was pregnant with Nica, his actions cause her to be paraplegic.
Through flashbacks, Chucky explains that he was a friend of the family. He was in love with Sarah, but she was married and pregnant with Nica. Chucky killed Sarah's husband and kidnapped her some time after the funeral. After Sarah rejects him, Chucky stabs her in the stomach before fleeing from the police.
Eventually, Tiffany decides to give up killing to raise her child, but Chucky refuses. The two settle on a plan to transfer their souls into human bodies, and Glen and Glenda into two separate twins, created by impregnating actress Jennifer Tilly with Chucky's sperm in a weird bit of meta humor.
After the events of the film (and bear with me here, because this gets complicated): Glen murders Chucky for killing Tiffany, Tiffany possesses the soul of actress Jennifer Tilly, And a possessed Tilly gives birth to twin babies so Glen and Glenda can live on as humans.
Following the events of “Bride of Chucky,” Tiffany, in doll form, gave birth to a child who was born a doll rather than just a soul trapped in one like their parents. Glen grows up and is introduced in “Seed of Chucky” as a sweet child who doesn't share their parents' appetite for murder.
