Lotso was infuriated at seeing he had been replaced, his love and care for Daisy being replaced with anger and bitterness, so he stormed off with Big Baby and Chuckles, and took over Sunnyside Daycare to ruin the whole idea of the concept. Daisy was never seen again from this point on.
Chuckles did not appear in Toy Story 4. It is unknown why, but it was likely due to his voice actor, Bud Luckey's death, but he probably still lives in Bonnie's house, but not in her room with the rest of her toys.
During the credits, Big Baby is shown to be having a happier time at a now cool and groovy Sunnyside under the care of Barbie and Ken, the new leaders. In the sandbox, Big Baby is seen making a sandcastle, but when it falls, he wails and Barbie offers him his bottle.
He claims that Lotso will never break him. However, in the end, Chatter is brutally beaten and ultimately broken by Lotso and his crew for helping the toys escape until he finally talks.
While her brother is at college, she still lives with her mother. She is seen showing her room to her mother and an unnamed guest, to whom they give Bo Peep away to. She is not seen again, but is mentioned by Woody after he reunites with Bo.
Bo appeared briefly in the beginning of Toy Story 3 but doesn't speak. Her cameo is in the home movies Andy's mom makes. By the time of the actual events of the film, it is revealed that Bo is one of the toys that have been given away.
After her owner discovered that she had a broken voice box, Gabby Gabby was rejected and found herself doomed to a long, lonely life in an antique store. She felt similar pain and rejection that was felt by Toy Story 3 villain Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear, however, Lots'-o' became vindictive and hostile.
At the end of Toy Story 3, Andy decides to give his toys to a little girl named Bonnie. He explains to Bonnie how much the toys mean to him and plays with them one last time before leaving for college. Woody also silently says goodbye as he watches Andy drive away for good.

Due to being unable to find a believable spot in the story, Bo Peep only appears at the beginning and end of Toy Story 2. Bo Peep was ultimately written out of Toy Story 3, due to the fact Molly and Andy probably don't want her anymore, and emblematic of the losses the toys have had over time.
Though despite this, he may have a lighter side, hinted in his dreams about ponies. After his toys scared him, he vowed never to hurt a toy again. He eventually became a garbage man.

In the series' final movie, Woody abandoned his devotion to maintaining Bonnie's happiness as her toy by choosing to pursue his own. Even though Bonnie was shown to be disinterested in playing with Woody, Woody was still able to support her happiness on the sidelines.

When Woody says goodbye to Andy, he knows that is the end of their life together. Andy will never be a kid again, and he'll never play with Woody again. A possible Toy Story 5 would almost certainly feature Woody and the toys reuniting, but audiences will probably never see Andy again.
In Toy Story 3, the ending of the film's emotional tension arrives when Andy ultimately decides to part ways with his beloved toys. After their stressful journey to reunite with Andy, they share one final playtime session before being handed off into Bonnie's care.

Instead Of Going To A New Family Bo Peep Becomes A Lost Toy After Toy Story 3. The prologue of Toy Story 4 shows how Bo was sent away. During a rescue mission to save RC, Bo and her sheep are boxed away by Andy's mom and given to another family because Molly doesn't want her anymore.
