Technically Glen and Glenda have been around by way of Lachlan Watson's portrayal pretty much all season. However, after Glen was fatally shot by Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif) in the penultimate episode, Glenda decided to keep them alive by returning both their souls to the body of the doll they were born in.
Lachlan Watson plays Glen and Glenda on "Chucky," but creator Don Mancini had plans for the twins long before they were cast. In Season 2 of “Chucky,” actor Lachlan Watson took on the difficult task of bringing Glen and Glenda to life for the first time after almost 20 years.
Although Glen/Glenda is one physical person, they possess the souls of two people, Glen and Glenda, with the former typically having control of the body.
What happened to Glen and Glenda after Seed of Chucky?

Does Glen survive in Chucky?
After the events of the film (and bear with me here, because this gets complicated): Glen murders Chucky for killing Tiffany, Tiffany possesses the soul of actress Jennifer Tilly, And a possessed Tilly gives birth to twin babies so Glen and Glenda can live on as humans.
Following the events of “Bride of Chucky,” Tiffany, in doll form, gave birth to a child who was born a doll rather than just a soul trapped in one like their parents. Glen grows up and is introduced in “Seed of Chucky” as a sweet child who doesn't share their parents' appetite for murder.
The film is set six years after Bride of Chucky and follows a young doll named Glen, the son of Chucky and Tiffany, resurrecting his parents, causing chaos. The film, shot in Romania, continues the series' evolution from the pure horror genre of the first three films to a hybrid horror-comedy.
Now going by "Tiffany Ray", Tiffany plans to transport her soul into the body of Jennifer Tilly (who happens to be playing her in the film). They also plan to impregnate her and put Glen's soul in the baby's body. Their plan is successful, as Jennifer swiftly gives birth to two babies, a boy and a girl.
In the Seed of Chucky (2004), Tiffany was pesting Chucky all throughout the movie to stop the killings and focus on family. Chucky wanted to keep being a serial killer. Towards the bedroom scene when Jennifer gives birth, Tiffany stated that she was tired of Chucky's unwillingness to change and walked out on him.
She is his accomplice in murder and love and has the same killer instincts. Tiffany loves Chucky, even in his doll form, and in Bride of Chucky, she recovers his body from the authorities so she can raise him from the dead yet again.
Chucky made his first appearance in the 1988 film Child's Play. In the film, a serial killer named Charles Lee Ray, aka Chucky (Brad Dourif) uses a voodoo ritual inside a toy store to transfer his soul into a Good Guy doll to escape from Detective Mike Norris (Chris Sarandon).
The decision is made for the two siblings to return to their doll body to save Glen's life. Tiffany completes the ritual, leaving Glen and Glenda's human bodies devoid of their souls as they are combined into the doll.

With Glen's condition worsening, Glenda and Tiffany decide to save them by transferring them into the Glen/Glenda doll. After killing a suspicious cop, they perform the ritual - transferring both twins into the doll, now calling themselves G.G. Tiffany ships G.G. to England, so they can learn more about their origins.
Six years after the events of Seed of Chucky, Tiffany's soul still possesses actress Jennifer Tilly's body. She does not appear on-screen until it is revealed that she was the one responsible for mailing Chucky out to Nica's home, facilitating his murder spree on the family he blames for his human death.

Unfortunately, as is so often the case, that Good Guy doll has been possessed by the spirit of a serial killer, the notorious Charles Lee Ray. After gruesomely murdering several people in Andy's life, Chucky attempts to transfer his soul into Andy so that he can be a real boy.
Weaknesses. Chucky isn't without his flaws, as he is known to be very impatient and rather arrogant. Chucky's Voodoo abilities only work under specific circumstances and have requirements for them to work. Despite being a doll, he has spent so long in his doll body that he has turned anatomically human.
He first appeared as Andy Barclay in Child's Play (1988) when he was a six-year-old. Two years, later during the filming of Child's Play 2 (1990), the young actor endured long days and demanding action that would have tried the patience of many an older person.
The writers decided not only to include a nude woman, but also doll nudity (Tiffany reveals herself to Chucky). Also, Jennifer Tilly wears a cleavage-revealing outfit the entire movie. Not only would I not recommend this movie for children or families, I would not recommend this film to anyone who is a movie fanatic.
Tiffany also made use of this spell, splitting her own soul and placing a piece into a brand new Belle doll, using this new Tiffany as a minion of her own.
The fourth episode of Season 3 of the USA Network and SYFY show, “Dressed to Kill,” takes place on October 31st in two locations, both of which end up being pretty gory by the hour's end.
