After a battle against Logan and Creed atop a cooling tower at Stryker's plant, Weapon XI was beheaded and seemingly defeated by Logan. However, he survived decapitation. Like his Earth-616 counterpart who breaks the fourth wall, he shushed to the viewers that his survival must remain secret.
As you all know, Wolverine kills Deadpool at the end of X-Men Origins:Wolverine, but somehow Deadpool returns around 30 or so years in the movie timeline later for 2 more solo movies and another one upcoming.

These two characters cannot be the same person. The "Deadpool" in X-Men Origins: Wolverine bears no resemblance to the Deadpool from the comic books. It is just one of many examples of executives at Fox being too scared to be true to the source material. It is best to pretend that story never happened.

Do Wolverine and Deadpool have the same regeneration?
Wolverine's wounds would heal, but the limb would be lost since he cannot recreate missing cells as Deadpool can. Deadpool and Wolverine's healing factors may seem like they are the same, but in fact they are very much opposites.
Wolverine definitely can beat Deadpool, and is stronger than him, but Deadpool's speed and healing factor have allowed him to get the drop on Wolverine and do a lot of damage.
In X-Men Origins: Wolverine, before being turned into Deadpool, Wade Wilson is seen to be able to handle swords with amazing skill, being able to deflect bullets with them. Even though this could be a sort of superpower, it isn't unthinkable to believe a very skilled human could do this in a fictional universe.
In the autobiography, Funches-Wade maintained claims that Wade was physically abusive to her during their relationship (allegations he denied in divorce court) and that he was unfaithful, according to the Chicago Tribune.
