While his memory doesn't return, he does have "feelings" that he knew the people on DS9 at some time, and that Worf is supposed to be a lot closer to him. The novel A Burning House depicts Kurn's memories returning. Worf learns of this from Bashir and Ezri Dax when Kurn confronts Bashir on Deep Space 9.

Worf. In 2372, Worf brought an image of Alexander to starbase Deep Space 9 when he was stationed there. (DS9: "The Way of the Warrior") However, Alexander's relationship with Worf had not improved and he elected to live on Earth with the Rozhenkos rather than join his father on DS9.

He was only married once to Jadzia Dax. He had a relationship with K'Ehleyr - a half-Klingon/half-human Federation diplomat - that resulted in the birth of their son Alexander. But according to Star Trek Nemesis (which was set after) he's back on the Enterprise and not just for Riker/Troi wedding but as a tactical officer, likely the first officer after Riker leaves for the Titan and Data's death.
Later in the series, she becomes involved with the Klingon character Worf, and they marry during the sixth season of the show. In the sixth-season finale Jadzia dies but the Dax symbiote survives, and in the seventh-season premiere returns with a new host Ezri Dax, played by Nicole de Boer.

Will Riker and Deanna Troi Aren't Getting a Divorce, but They Were in Trouble. While running from trouble in Season 1, Jean-Luc stayed with Will and Deanna on Nepenthe, a planet whose climate was helpful for Thad. He suffered from a disease that had no viable cure.
Riker returns to the screen in the "Nepenthe" episode of Star Trek: Picard. In that episode, taking place in 2399, Riker is married to Deanna Troi; they have two children, Thad (now deceased) and Kestra.
Marina Sirtis, who played Deanna Troi in Star Trek: The Next Generation, reveals her dislike for the relationship between Troi and Worf, expressing relief that her character ended up with Riker instead.
Although Troi and Worf's relationship provided some sweet moments between the Counselor and the Klingon, Marina Sirtis was never particularly fond of the match. The relationship was dropped at the end of Star Trek: The Next Generation and it went unmentioned when Troi married Riker in Star Trek: Nemesis.
