Because of this memory, K became convinced that he was Rachael and Deckard's child, but was eventually informed by Freysa that he was not and that the child was female. With this revelation, K soon determined that Stelline was the child. K took Deckard to Stelline's lab as she interacted with a snowfall hologram.
Despite her talent, there's nothing pointing that she completed her studies faster than normal, so if something like the equivalent of a Bachelor's Degree was demanded, she most like started sometimes in her twenties. So, K is something like 7 old at most.

Is Deckard a Nexus 7?
Paul Sammon, author of Future Noir: The Making of Blade Runner, has suggested in interviews that Deckard may be a Nexus-7 model, which possesses no superhuman strength or intelligence but does have neurological features that complete the illusion of humanity.
Later at K's apartment, he informed Joi of his conclusion that his memory was indeed real. This overjoyed her, as she always believed him to be special, insisting that he now be called "Joe." Unsure, K sought further information and Joi suggested finding the one responsible for creating memories for replicants.
During the final fight with K, after subduing him, she smugly kissed him and retorted "I am the best one!", as if trying to prove her superiority over not just K, but all other replicants, further hinting at her deep-seated insecurities that she kept well-hidden.
K sees being born as a way to be more remarkable than other replicants. However, what he didn't realize is that he had a soul all along. K did not need to be born to be a unique experiencer, and the factor of having authentic subjective experiences defines us as people.
In an uncharacteristic display of mercy, Roy grabbed Deckard and dragged his body onto the roof. Moments later, as his four-year lifespan drew to a close, Roy reflected on the moments he had been privileged enough to witness: "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe: attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion.
When Roy realizes that his death is inevitable at the end of Blade Runner, he decides that he needs to be redeemed before passing on. So, rather than letting Rick Deckard fall to his death, Roy Batty grabs his pursuer by his arm, picking him up and saving his life.
Shortly after the incident with Zhora, Leon disarmed and beat Deckard severely after he witnessed him kill Zhora. Just as he was about to poke his fingers through Deckard's eyes, he was shot by Rachael, who had picked up Deckard's gun. Official records maintained that Deckard retired Leon.
Deckard's eyes glow briefly in one scene, which was used in the film to subtly suggest his replicant identity. However, Ford denies this was an intentional effect and he may have caught some of the light intended to fall on Sean Young's eyes.
When K was meeting with Ana and she confirms for him that the memory was real and that it happened, K shows his first bout of strong emotion in the movie by yelling god damn it and storming out.
His perfect match would disobey her programming to help him. Regardless of your opinions on the above, I do think that the movie clearly says that Joi's love for K was programmed/created by a corporation. But he loves her back.
She weeps when they suffer and is heartbroken when they die, but is incapable of acting to stop either. Like so many people who feel helpless in today's society, Luv is a prisoner to her programming. Luv's first very-human tears come as she witnesses a murder.
K started the movie believing he was made, with implanted memories. He then thought he was born, and that the memories were real. In fact, as revealed by the end of the movie, he was made and the memories were implants – but they were real, implanted memories from the actual daughter of Deckard and Rachael.
However, he later learns that, even if the memory is real, it was not his own but Dr Ana Stelline's. Through her work, Dr Stelline shared her memory with K, and this allowed him to understand what it was like to walk in her shoes, but most importantly, to believe himself a free, loved replicant.
Rachael was a prototype Nexus-7 N7FAA52318 in Blade Runner, created by Eldon Tyrell, who implanted memories of his niece into her for greater control. This set her apart from the other Nexus-6 models, as Rachael remained unaware of her true identity for a while, and developed a distinct sense of self and purpose.
In short, if Deckard is a replicant he is physically weaker becuase he wasn't designed to be physically stronger than other replicants as that is not what his job requires necessarily.
Nexus-7 was the codename for a model of replicant developed by Eldon Tyrell and the Tyrell Corporation. The Nexus-7 series was believed to never have progressed beyond the prototype stage, and the only specimens known to have been produced were Rachael, Isobel Selwyn, and a second Isobel Selwyn replicant.
