The writing in this movie is just plain phenomenal, and the comedy: golden. However, Deadpool is not for kids. While this film does have an incredible story, amazing writing and fantastic acting, its also VERY mature in almost every aspect.
“Deadpool” is rated R for graphic violence, graphic language, graphic nudity, graphic sexual references and graphic sex — a sex montage, in fact. So I was surprised to see just two dads, each with two children in tow, all in what looked like the 11-13 age range, leave early, both after the sex montage.
The Deadpool comics have the Marvel rating of Parental Advisory, with the occasional MAX, while the film carried an R rating. It includes “strong violence and language throughout, sexual content and graphic nudity.”
The inclusion of Wolverine in Deadpool 3 further justifies the R-rated status, as Hugh Jackman's last portrayal of the character in Logan showcased a level of violence that would not make sense to dial back.
This version toned down the film's violence and cut or bleeped out much of the profanity in order to receive a PG-13 rating in the U.S. instead of the original R rating, but also added some material omitted from the original theatrical release which was included in the 'Super Duper Cut'.
It has lots of graphic violence, sex (including partial nudity), adult humor, and nonstop strong language. Unlike most other Marvel superhero films, which only hint at romance, include just a few curse words, and skip the gore, Deadpool is decidedly grown-up, bloody, and raunchy by comparison.
This movie is not for them. Don't be that parent to have their 10 year old go through strong bloody violence [which there are a lot of] and a sex scene montage [which is really funny], because they really wanna see it.
As with the original, it's important to note that this is not a typical superhero movie that families with elementary schoolers and tweens will want to see; it's truly best for older teens and adults who will understand and appreciate the humor (not to mention be able to stomach the incredibly gory violence).
Unlike almost all other superhero movies (except Deadpool), it's rated R, so expect a lot of very edgy material. The main issue is the extremely strong, bloody comic book violence, including characters being sliced through flesh and skulls, shot, shown in pain, and killed.

Morena Baccarin has revealed that she wasn't a fan of kissing Ryan Reynolds in Deadpool or filming a sex scene with him that took two days to shoot. The pair had an intimate scene together in the first Deadpool film, released in 2016.

About 90 f-words, 35 s-words, two c-words and scads of other profanities, including “a–,” “b–ch,” “d–n,” “h—“, “p—ies” and “d–k.” God's name is misused more than a dozen times (thrice with “d–n”), and Jesus' name is abused 10 or so times. Characters make several obscene gestures.
The first R-rated content to stream on Disney+ in the United States are the films Deadpool and Logan. Disney+ original content was censored once. One year after the original release, an episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier was modified, but the uncensored version was restored shortly after.

It's a hyperviolent action game with gratuitous amounts of blood, gore, language, and other mature content. Throughout, Deadpool talks with characters in the game and in the audience, cracking wise with crass humor and visual puns that could be inappropriate for younger kids.
