The character Loki was first introduced in Timely Comics - which later became Marvel - in 1949 in Venus #6. Loki's greatest weakness is water and his spells do not work in water.
Loki, essentially, has a lot to fear from the inherent classism of the godly society he inhabits. Loki screws up often — but so do other gods from more “acceptable” backgrounds. Loki is held accountable for his mistakes, often painfully; they are not, or they get a slap on the wrist by comparison.
Loki's greatest and most challenging foe is his brother, Thor. While Odin raises the two as siblings, envy drives Loki's desire to overthrow Thor. Loki frequently suffers defeat by the God of Thunder but is never discouraged from persevering in his efforts.

Although he is a part of divine society, Loki's behavior contradicts the moral order the gods live by, thus calling his loyalty into question — especially when he fights against the gods rather than by their side against common enemies. Is Loki truly evil?
Loki is considered a trickster god, known for being neither fully good nor evil since his main aim was always to create chaos. Despite his father being a giant, he is still counted a member of the Aesir—a tribe of deities including Odin, Frigg, Tyr, and Thor.
In his development through the series, he becomes less of a supervillain and more of an antihero. By the end of the second season of the Loki TV series, the character has become a hero, making a heroic sacrifice to save the multiverse from destruction.
She has the same personality and powers – shapeshifting, creating illusions, other sorcery and magic – as the male version of the character. She is tricky, cunning and sometimes acts as a villain, sometimes as an antihero and occasionally even a hero.
KING LOKI. By far the most evil incarnation of Loki, and one of his oldest. During the AGENT OF ASGARD run, King Loki was literally the worst enemy of his younger self.

So far, that was the only film in the trilogy where Loki didn't "die." His final, final death came at the hands of Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. Loki's parting words to Thor were, "the sun will shine upon us again." And it has, but in separate universes!
Loki previously believed all his choices were his own, but that couldn't be further from the truth and his unshed tears are representative of the ways in which he's been used. Loki saw the outcomes of his life through the eyes of several variants.
Having spent over a thousand years in the company of Odin, Frigga, and Loki, it's understandable that Thor didn't want to lose his family. One of Thor's biggest fears was for them to be torn apart, but he had to suffer outliving them after all three died before his eyes.
Thor and Loki are epically powerful gods from the Norse-inspired realm of Asgard, both powered by humanity's belief in them, but it is often shown that the God of Thunder Thor is much more "powerful" than his sibling Loki.
Loki, despite his past actions, is given a chance to be a "good guy" and redeem himself, unlike other villains. Loki's popularity and sympathetic persona contribute to his extensive redemption, making him one of the MCU's beloved characters.
In the wake of this discovery, the Angels went to war against Asgard, and Thor and Loki worked together to protect their home. It was a touching story that illustrated how, underneath all the scheming and mischief-making, Loki cares about his home and his brother.
Loki came out on the third episode of the series after telling Lady Loki (Sophia Di Martino) that he's had a romantic past with both princes and princesses. That line of a dialogue was the extent to which “Loki” addressed the character's bisexuality.
It's finally canon: the third episode of Loki confirmed that its titular character is bisexual, making him Marvel's first canonically queer lead character. It took long enough.
In the show, Sylvie is Loki's love interest, an idea formed in the earliest pitches of the show from Waldron, who wanted his reluctant relationship with her to develop his character in "the hope that maybe that it's also about him learning to forgive himself."
Loki is portrayed by Tom Hiddleston in the MCU with a height of 6'2” (1.88 m). The comic book height of Loki is 6'4” (1.93 m). Loki is a fictional prince of Asgard and god of mischief in Thor, The Avengers, and the extended Marvel franchise.
Loki went from perhaps the most selfish, evil character in the MCU—one willing to commit genocide on earth in The Avengers—to someone fully willing to sacrifice his life, isolating himself from the friends and family he had finally made, in order to essentially preserve the flow of all space and time and save the TVA.
In Thor: The Dark World, Odin reminds Loki that Asgardians are not immortal and have lifespans as humans do, to which Loki responds: "Give or take 5,000 years." From this, it can be calculated that Asgardians live to about 5,100, with Loki being around 1050 years old in the MCU.
