The Hulk's Power Outmatches Juggernaut'sJuggernaut power debate finally settled. Even in the heat of battle, the Juggernaut had to admit that the Hulk was stronger.

The two brawlers have fought beyond these two encounters, but these two fights establish a few hard facts: the Hulk can be overpowered by the Juggernaut; the Hulk cannot consistently stop the Juggernaut; and most importantly, the Hulk's strength, even at maximum, cannot harm the Juggernaut at his maximum power.
After bashing Thor with an entire stone pillar, Juggernaut managed to separate Thor from his hammer – but was unable to lift it as a selfish brute like him was unworthy of its power.
Fortunately, as long as he has Mjolnir, he won't need to. When the two faced each other in the past, Thor beat Juggernaut by generating an anti-magic whirlwind with his hammer, effectively removing Cain's magical invulnerability.
Juggernaut runs at Doomsday, grabbing him by the shoulders, and begins to run down the city block, scraping Doomsday's head against the buildings and cars as he goes. After four blocks he stops and throws Doomsday through a series of buildings, causing all but the last to topple over.
The gem enhances his physical abilities and can provide supernatural armor, but its most noteworthy feature is how it enhances Juggernaut's momentum - once he starts to move, no outside force can slow him down. There's little question that in a straight fight, Superman would be almost guaranteed a victory.
Summary. The Juggernaut's strength comes from the Crimson Gem, making him vulnerable to having it removed and losing his power. In X-Men #27, Dr. Stasis plans to cut the Crimson Gem out of Juggernaut's body, potentially de-powering him.
Despite the fact that Galactus is a cosmic being older than the universe who regularly consumes entire planets, the earthbound Juggernaut shockingly proves to be more powerful than him–and one stunning side-by-side comparison confirms it.
Juggernaut and the X-Men have had some fierce battles, and while Wolverine has played a key role in beating the Juggernaut — usually using his claws to remove Juggernaut's helmet for the X-Men's telepaths can take him down — he has never defeated Juggernaut on his own.
During the fight, the Juggernaut had a surprisingly humble moment in which he admitted he's not as strong as the Hulk. But against all odds, the reformed villain scraped out a victory.
Juggernaut ends up stopping Hulk, but it's entirely because of Damage Control. Before their interference, Hulk is actually about to defeat Juggernaut. In every other contest (from World War Hulk: X-Men #3 to The Incredible Hulk #457), whenever they don't end in a draw, Hulk triumphs.
Juggernaut's power is unlimited, especially when sponsored by Cyttorak. And with his willingness to win any fight, he could even manipulate Colossus, though he's never been shown to be that clever. Juggernaut would really only need to land a single hit on Colossus to knock him out and make him lose him armored form.
3 Magneto. Much like other mutants who are not physically strong but are capable of great physical feats, the Omega-level Master of Magnetism could defeat the Juggernaut in any number of ways.
Doomsday vs Hulk is a fight that favors Hulk 90% of the time. Doomsday simply doesn't have what he needs to keep up with Hulk in a prolonged fight. This is because Hulk heals so excessively quickly, and outside of the Hunter/Prey storyline, Doomsday hasn't really showcased the ability to evolve on the fly.
He is somewhat the same in the comics, so if Deadpool ever faced Thor, the god of thunder would have the winning edge. It's true that Deadpool managed to terminate Thor using Pym Particles in a non-canon comic by enlarging Mjolnir. But MCU Thor never needed Mjolnir in the first place.
The Juggernaut is nigh-unstoppable once he gains momentum. Captain America's proto-adamantium shield can stop the Hulk's punch and Mjolnir blows to a dead stop.
Even if the film versions of both characters were of equal power, Thanos would be able to overwhelm the Juggernaut. The X-Men villain's raw ability makes it so that, once he starts moving, no force on Earth can stop him.
The simple answer is no. Yes, Hulk absolutely smashes Thor to the ground with Mjolnir, but, he's holding both Thor and the hammer. Hulk wouldn't have been able to lift Mjolnir by himself, but since the God of Thunder had a firm grip on it as well, he was able to use it as a weapon against his teammate.
You must be worthy. Hulk is not, has not, and likely will not, ever be worthy. (Although, to be fair, writers have just been giving the hammer to characters willy nilly lately, so maybe he actually will be worthy or rather, simply lift it, in the near future.
In the end, Deadpool wasn't worthy. While he seemingly had control of Mjolnir and the strength of Thor, it was all a mirage put on by Loki to distract Thor.
