This makes Thor 447 years OLDER than Loki who, we can reasonably assume, was born in 965 (AD) as shown at the beginning of Thor (2011). Thus, in Thor: Ragnorak (2017) Thor would have been 1,499 years old, and Loki would be 1,052 years old.
In Thor: Ragnarok, when recounting the time that Loki transformed into a snake, he mentioned that they were "both 8 at the time." If Thor is to be believed, then that would make them both 23 in human years, using the same math as above.
In Avengers: Infinity War, Thor said he was 1500 years old (ref: https://movieweb.com/thor-age-avengers-infinity-war/). If Loki isn't even 1100, then Thor is definitely physically older.
While Loki and Thor did, by heart, truly love each other as brothers, their intention to rule Asgard made them fierce rivals. While it is never addressed in-universe, MCU director Joe Russo confirmed Thanos was around 1000 years old in 2012's The Avengers when he first appeared in the MCU.
