Thor is around 1500 years old. Loki was born around the end of the Asgard Jouten War. Which was still waging around 900 ce. So he's around 1100–1200 years old.
In Thor: Ragnarok, when recounting the time that Loki transformed into a snake, he mentioned that they were "both 8 at the time." If Thor is to be believed, then that would make them both 23 in human years, using the same math as above.
As revealed by Infinity War, Thor is 1500 years old. From Thor(2011) we know loki is around 1070 years old. so there is about 430 years of difference between them.

Loki has always delighted in cheating death, manipulating others into believing he was dead in order to hatch his next scheme. At the end of Thor, he apparently took his own life — but Loki survived death by plunging into one of the many portals he knew could be found in Yggdrasil.
Thor knew that Loki was alive and on Earth not because of Heimdall… because of Frigga. In the comics version of The Movie Thor (2011), it is noted that Frigga communicated with Loki and warned Odin & Thor that the God of Mischief is alive and well. Hope this helps.
The short answer here is no, Tyr would likely NOT be stronger than Thor, even with two hands. It's my understanding that Tyr was known for his skill in battle, but not necessarily exceptional strength. I'm sure he's strong, but he's just not Thor strong. This is not to detract from Tyr's importance, though.
In a Zeus vs Thor scenario, Zeus would probably end up the victor, but the same goes for his son, Hercules. Technically speaking, he's only a demigod, but, if any biceps could outsize Thor's, then it is the Herculators.
