Clutch Foster is painted dark blue. He waves yellow Jeff Gorvette clapper sticks. His license plate reads "Jeff#1FAN". Apparently he is based on the 2007-2014 GMC Yukon XL (with the grille upside down).
While McQueen is certainly partly inspired by the C6. R Corvette, his bodywork is an original design inspired by many different race cars, but mainly based on the Generation 4 NASCARs that made up the top level Stock Car field when the movie was released in 2006.

Bonnie Hunt. Sally is a little blue car that also happens to be Lightning McQueen's girlfriend. Bonnie Hunt voices Sally in each of the Cars movies. This is her fifth voice for a Pixar movie including performances in Toy Story 3 and Monsters University.
Although Pixar's Cars 4 is still possible, it definitely won't be arriving any time soon. Nothing has been officially confirmed on Cars 4, and the next Pixar sequel on the horizon is the recently announced Inside Out 2, which will release in theaters on June 14, 2024.

Cars 2 is about silly spy games splashed around a flimsy false premise. We don't see the story of Radiator Springs post-fame. We don't get more issues with Lightning McQueen and his lack of appreciation. Instead, it's like a totally different movie, like an Incredibles follow-up focusing on Jack-Jack's babysitter.

Cars 3. Brick Yardley is a veteran racer who races for Vitoline, having replaced James Cleanair almost ten years prior to the events of the movie. Unlike Cleanair, he has the number 24.
As Mater introduces everyone to the agents, Holley mentions that she is Mater's girlfriend, which also surprises Guido, as he and Luigi had not believed Mater claiming so back in Japan. Flo notices that Holley has a dent on her side, which was caused when Grem and Acer drove into her back in London.
Sally returns in Cars 3. Firstly she appears on screen in the Mack/Lightning's trailer, on a photo when McQueen leaves his trailer. Pretty much soon later she is seen to be in Lightning McQueen's pit-сrew, cheering for him.
Sally is also shown to have a celebrity crush on Francesco, making McQueen jealous at times and at the end, Sally and Lightning are shown to be very happy still and he even says he loves her after she claims that Francesco isn't even that attractive.
Voiced by actor Armie Hammer, Jackson Storm is the quick, cocky, and friendless rival for McQueen. In the movie he's younger, fitter, and faster than the lead. In the movie he's called a 2017 Custom-built “Next-Gen” Piston Cup Racer. In real life he most resembles the 2002 Cadillac Cien supercar concept.
Luigi is a 1959 Fiat 500 who runs the local tire shop, Luigi's Casa Della Tires, “Home of the Leaning Tower of Tires.” He loves changing tires for racecars like Lightning McQueen, but nothing makes him happier than when a real Ferrari comes through his door.
