Enchantress was defeated by Harley Quinn, While Hela was only defeated by the fire giant Surtur, who is fueled by the Eternal Flame and is able to destroy Asgard.
In the end, Hela would emerge victorious in this supervillain matchup due to the immense power she displayed in Thor: Ragnarok. Similar to Thor's hammer, Mjolnir, it's easy to imagine Hela crushing the Heart of Eclipso with her bare hands when taking on Enchantress.
While she wouldn't be able to match up with his physical strength, Scarlet Witch could use her probability-altering hex to disrupt his magic or trip him up in the middle of a battle. Her reality-warping Chaos Magic could then finish the job and take out Shazam.
